The development is still progressing, and the planned facilities, including the concierge, gym, and communal areas, remain part of the overall delivery plan. Throughout the journey we have consistently provided regular updates on construction progress and have continued to support purchasers through each stage towards completion. We go above and beyond our duty of care to provide as much information as possible so buyers can make their own informed decisions without any sales pressure. Great George Street is an exceptional project, built to a high standard and you were lucky to secure a great deal. We appreciate the challenges currently being faced in the mortgage market as a result of increased mortgage rates and risk aversity amongst lenders and surveyors alike. However, these development assessments are always subjective and we do not understand them to be reflective of the true market value of your unit. Mr Sullivan, you signed a Reservation Form and you Exchanged contracts with the guidance of your legal representatives. Aspen Woolf have been more then accommodating, the developer even agreed a special payment plan for you. Only because one Lender valued your unit below the purchase price, doesn’t mean the property has been sold at an inflated cost.
