Razvana Khan , Has been superb, from the first contact, when we just made a tentative enquiry following a viewing in Edinburgh. Raz took the time to understand what we were looking for and presented several options. Negotiation was more of a conversation and we soon arrived at a investment proposal. Our agent was *Ruzel Uddin and I can honestly say that Ruzel went above and beyond in terms of support to complete the purchase.Unfortunately the sale dragged on because of the builder but Ruzel, was a great help in keeping me updated and liaising with my solicitor to keep the process moving.I usually don’t enjoy the agent/buyer experience but Ruzel made it really straightforward and smooth and I will certainly use Ruzel Uddin and again and I would certainly recommend them.

A massive thank you to the Aspen Woolf team for the 5 star service and the guidance from reservation to exchange. I purchased off-plan property in Nottingham, expected to complete in February. At first I was hesitating to invest in an off plan development, having received all relevant information from Luke, and looking at the regular progress updates for the development I decided to reserve a one bedroom apartment for buy to let purposes. As soon I reserved the property, the sales progression team worked closely with the solicitors and myself for a smoother exchange. Amazing 1st experience, I felt supported throughout!

From the moment I made my initial inquiry Luke was super helpful, he went above and beyond to send me as much information about the project, the area, and other relevant information. I have to say I was a bit nervous as I have not invested before off plan, honestly, I had a few wobbles as to whether I was doing the right thing or not as this is a big deal for me and a big leap of faith. 3rd property - repeat business should make you feel comfortable

This is the third investment property that I have bought via Aspen Woolf. The key members that I dealt with were Ruzel for the sale & Georgina for the admin afterwards. Originally I wasn't going to purchase this property but after Ruzel went through the details without the hard sell he inspired me with confidence to proceed. Georgina was always contactable and was a good interface between all of the parties involved when questions were raised. I intend to deal with Aspen Woolf again.Remember we are talking about investment properties costing £100K upwards and not which brand of toothpaste to buy so make sure that you have carried out your due diligence, however I have no hesitation in recommending the company, the service from their staff and the quality of their investment properties

I have been dealing with (SAEID ANSARI) aspen wolf for few months now, and I have to say, I have never looked back. I would recommend them to anyone, from first-time investors to seasoned investment professionals. I started off as a very nervous first-time buyer back but saeid and his team has helped me develop my confidence and knowledge in property investment by being a huge support. All queries from start to end were answered objectively by all staff at Aspen Woolf. All staff were excellent at keeping in touch throughout the process and providing gentle reminders with paperwork; important when you yourself have a hectic work life.
