Tara and Co will issue you invalid section 21 notices they will act in Retaliation to you if you have any issues within they properties they will lie in a court of law and the courts and town council are all in it to except their lies I have all the evidence and the Court Transcripts my advice to anyone looking to rent property students should NOT rent from them avoid Tara and Co for more info please get in touch Terrance

GoogleLuke was extremely helpful in showing us houses across leamington spa, on 3 separate occasions he helped us in comparing houses and deciding which one was worth it compared to others. He also was very helpful with my flatmate who had gone without me, he contributed a lot to us being able to find a house that we were very satisfied with.

GoogleTara & Co are one of the best Letting Agents I have worked with as a landlord since 1996. They are professional, pragmatic, organised, responsive, reasonable and adjust their communication to suit their customer (landlord / tenant / service provider). I prefer text and email and the occasional telephone call. Tara & Co have organised renovations on one property that needed extensive work and subsequently let this property (thanks Jyoti!) and as a team, also managing a number of other properties in Leamington and nearby. I am sure all the staff are wonderful, I have only worked so far with Jyoti, Claudia and Jack and the management team of David French and David Quain. GoogleI am looking to find a new property to rent. And we found one that was under this company’s management. To begin with it was good, I particularly like the WhatsApp contact form as is much easier than emails and phonecalls in my line of work. We had a viewing booked and Emily was useful booking it in last minute on a Saturday morning on her day off as she didn’t get back to us Friday evening and getting through to the office via the phone was difficult to near impossible. We liked the property and knew others were viewing it also. We rang up the agency immediately after expressing our interest. They replied ok as has everyone else who viewed, we were told to wait for the individual dealing with this property to return to work Monday and she would liaise with the landlord and the landlord would choose who he thought was most suitable. We were reassured there was nothing else we needed to do on the Saturday and we should be contacted Monday morning with the result of yes or no. Monday morning came and went. I rang up after I finished work at 16:00, as I am an nhs key worker I haven’t been able to ring any earlier. It took me 3 attempts to get through to anyone, the phone call would keep cutting off at the same point, after all the automated options and speech had finished. When I eventually got through the individual in question was busy but I was again reassured someone would be in contact with me before the end of their day (17:30). No one got back to us though and Tuesday morning I used WhatsApp as a form of communication. I messaged twice on two seperate occasions, mid morning and lunch time to receive a reply at half 3 saying we were unsuccessful as someone had applied on Monday and it was a first come first serve basis. With further explanation this Monday application was the first one picked up, as they viewed the property first on Saturday. So I have feedback to the individual managing this property that lack of communication between colleagues, messages and false information being given to new tenants. I have also raised the issue of the phone cutting out. But the issue I haven’t raised immediately, as not my place to do so. But it is concerning when the landlord who we met Saturday for the viewing appeared frustrated with the agency. Stating “I’m not sure, but I need to leave the agency something to do as so far they haven’t been the most helpful” which is concerning for already existing clients. We therefore are not reviewing any other properties with Tara and Co for lettings and buying in the future.

GoogleShocking customer service and communication. Moved into student rental property with completely broken boiler so no heating or hot water. Tara and Co were almost impossible to get hold of with no email replies and useless phone responses. I was directed to complaints/ maintenance forms that didn’t exist. Boiler is still broken 3 weeks later and no sign of a fix soon.

GoogleRahul answered all of our maintenance issues at very short notice. For instance, we had a minor ceiling leak which was resolved when a maintenance person was sent over the next day. Rahul is attentive and cares for tenants.
