We were looking with my boyfriend for a new place to call our home. Sophie found us very quickly a perfect place to rent! Very helpful to answer any questions we had, immediately took us for a viewing and we fell in love with the place! Thank you so much Sophie for your help! Me and my friends have just rented a property for the upcoming year through Tara and Co and their service was so helpful, particularly Sophie. She took us to all our house viewings, ensured we understood all the processes and what we needed to provide in order to rent the property. She was also incredibly helpful with all our questions when looking at properties, and anything she didn’t know she promptly found out and told us. Thank you Sophie!!

Special thanks to Jyoti for her immensely commendable service and first class professional approach to helping an inexperienced student like myself find the perfect property to rent. I was truly amazed by her sheer desire to help me in any way possible, even if it meant assisting me outside of her office hours, which I believe showed her strong passion for her job and for ensuring her clients receive the best possible service while feeling at ease with what would otherwise seem like a very stressful process. We were quite late to getting viewings for a four man property since we initially were a group of five, but Sophie was very helpful and reached out to us and provided us with some properties to view. She was a great help with getting the viewings within a short space of time and had great advice about the areas we were thinking of living in, and also was kind enough to drive us between locations so that we did not have to walk for ages to get a bus or stand out in the rain. Sophie was also very knowledgeable about the properties we viewed and was had some helpful insight for things like utilities and bills and general living.

I feel very lucky to have had a wonderful experience with Tara & Co, having had awful experiences with other letting agencies in this area. Any issues I have had with the property have been immediately attended to, with electricians even being sent out after hours at very short notice. I’d like to thank Connor Clarke for consistently sorting everything out so promptly; it has been such a breath of fresh air given how used I became to being ignored by my letting agent last year. This is the worst agency in Leamington Spa not only are they rude but also they are extremely unfair and inefficient. My friends and I spent a month and a half without hobs and it wasn’t until we got our parents involved that they took action. The washing machine was broken, the house was in terrible state and they took money away to fix a house that was given broken. The care was also terrible. They would never pick up and dismiss students. It is known by students as the agency to avoid. They are unhelpful, rude and unkind avoid them at all costs. Another funny annecdote they would come and visit the house without letting us know and would send unexperienced people to fix problems. They sent an electrician to fix our boiler ….

I’ve rented homes in several countries, and this is by far the worst agency I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never had my deposit withheld before, but this agency tried to charge me for completely false damages. I strongly advise anyone renting from them to take detailed photos and videos at check-in and check-out, as they may claim damages that were already present. Fortunately, I had clear photo evidence from the check-in showing that the issues were pre-existing. The property had a bathroom with no windows that constantly developed mold. We spent a significant amount of money on specialized products to remove it, and I even had to discard some personal items affected by it. Despite our efforts, the agency blamed us for what was clearly a structural issue, and we were unfairly charged for it. From the very beginning, we faced multiple problems: the washing machine broke several times and even damaged some of my clothes. I lived there for only a year (and was away for part of that time), yet I made sure to leave the property cleaner than it was when I moved in. I spent two full days cleaning without rest, to the point of feeling unwell from the stress and, despite this, my deposit was not returned in full. Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely lacking in integrity. I strongly recommend avoiding this agency.

Used Tara & Co for 2 years in Leamington Spa. They’ve offered great value utility packages and been reasonably easy to deal with of late. Rahul was great in helping getting our deposit returned back quickly and kept in good contact with us throughout the process. Only negative thing I have to say is the 15-20% deduction from our deposit for cleaning costs each year despite leaving the house in mostly pristine condition. However this is comparable to the practices of other student accommodation companies I’ve compared it to so seems justified.

It's been very stressful to find a flat to rent in Leamington recently. I started looking for a flat two months ago, went to so many viewings, and still could not find anything. Luckily, I found Tara & Co. Tom arranged three viewings for me on the same day (he even drove me from one place to another, so I didn't have to walk or take a bus). He cared about whether I liked each flat or not and how I felt. I really appreciate that he understands my frustration and tries his very best to help me find the right flat for me. With his help, I got to visit a flat with his colleague Sophie. Both of them were really nice and helpful, I could feel that they tried their very best to make sure that there would be a place for me. I am really really grateful for this. If you are also struggling to find a rental property, try Tara & Co and talk to Tom and Sophie; I am sure they will help you find your place. I definitely recommend using their service! This company were my son's landlord's agents. Despite the fact that he has left and graduated, we are still waiting for the return of the deposit and I keep being sent emails from a Junaid Rafik to renew the Huddle energy package. I have emailed this person, called them (where the charming man was clueless at best) and now, in frustration, am just leaving a review and hoping they will stop sending me this message by email again and again. Currently speaking to someone called Emily. The whole GDPR thing seems to elude them. Emily seems very nice. Clearly the one to speak to.
