She was very quick to respond to any of our problems, was happy to replace anything in the flat that wasn't in good condition, and kept us highly informed throughout the process. She was very friendly and approachable, and alleviated much of the stress of renting a flat. As students, it was really reassuring to know we had someone who could help us out. Definitely recommend.

GoogleThank you to all the help from Luke in helping us decide which house to get from the actual house viewings to all the Info about Bills etc. He even provided us with multiple houses that fit our budget and answered all our questions about the house. Great customer service.
