I have been working along side Tara and co for 4 years and I have always been impressed with the speed of their maintenance response. Most call outs will take 3 days to complete but at Tara and co they have most of theirs completed within 24 hours. Their customer service seems to be very efficient as feedback from tenants is positive. As a team they seem well organised and I as a contractor find working alongside them on a weekly basis easy and relaxed. I would happily recommend them to anyone in the property market. Tara & Co were very professional with assisting with a recent property purchase. They helped negotiate a deal with the vendor to the benefit of all parties - great work. Although this was a lengthy and difficult purchase due to circumstances beyond our control, Tara & Co liaised with Solicitors and financial advisors to really drive this sale forward. They regularly kept me up to date with the progress being made. Keep up the great work Tara & Co and well done!

I have received excellent help from Tom Middleton in all my questions, when I forgot my keys in the property he came to open the door for me with backup keys within 10 minutes. Extremely helpful and always fast with replies to calls! Really great member of the Tara and Co team.

Very poor response to problems with the property. Will actively and shamelessly try and take as much of your deposit at the end of the year despite you doing a thorough clean. If you’re a student, avoid at all costs!

Tara & Co are slow to deal with and they care very little about their clients after they have paid the initial reservation fee. The house that myself and some friends are renting had no gas safety certificate and out of date smoke detectors fitted when we moved in. The gas certificate was eventually done but the smoke detectors are yet to be replaced. It's been three months since we moved in.
