GoogleComplaint made about incorrect letter ordering students to professionally clean the property which was both illegal (for a couple of years) and irrelevant (landlord run). This is not the first time they have issued incorrect documentation. Students be aware of your rights and if your agent belongs to a governing body. They found the letter intimidating. My complaint was handled promptly and professionally by the owner of the business.

GoogleI have had a really good experience with Handles. Before our tenancy started we had to do 2 contract amendments due to students going on placements, our agent Fiona was always very helpful and efficient when dealing with the paperwork.

GoogleHandles Property has been great to deal with Marc, and Daniel were very patient with me wanting multiple viewings, sometimes to check minor things. They answered all of my questions in a clear manner and didn't try to use confusing sales tactics. They went above and beyond their remit when I moved in to help sort out a couple of issues when the landlord company was being difficult to get aligned with their responsiblities.

GoogleFor may years I used the services on another agency that Grant was with and was always grateful for the personal service I got. As soon as he left, the service deteriorated rapidly. When I learnt that Handles Property had set up, I had no hesitation in switching my portfolio to Grant at the earliest possible opportunity and I can honestly say I have absolutely no regrets. I run another business full time and don't have time to get involved with property management issues, which is why I have the ideal situation because I have complete confidence in Grant and his team that my interests are being looked after. I know that I will only be contacted if there is a decision that I need to make, otherwise I know that everything id being looked after. I am so grateful to Grant and all his team at Handles - I would really struggle without them!

GoogleI would highly recommend Handles Property to anyone planning to put their property on the market. I have moved many times over the years, buying and selling and to be honest have always begrudged the estate agent's fees. My experience with Mark at Handles has been totally different. Handles offer a very personal service and I always knew that Mark was working for the best outcome for me as the client. As the progress of the sale became difficult, he handled negotiations not only with professionalism but with great sensitivity and I know that without his expertise the sale would have floundered. Handles fees are competitive and worth every penny!
