I have found Handles Property to be one of the most approachable and easy-to-work-with rental agencies. Communication with them is seamless, and Tatiana has been particularly amazing throughout the entire process. From our initial property viewings a year ago, where she took the time to understand my requirements, to my recent checkout, she ensured everything was handled smoothly, including legal matters, deposits, and Wi-Fi setup. During my year-long stay, I found it easy to reach out to them for any issues related to the property. All emergencies were addressed swiftly and expertly by Mark. Handles was the letting agents for the property we have just started renting. My experience with Handles has been great thanks to Bruna! She showed us around three properties that were great and fit our description of what we needed! She went through all the details with my dad and I and was happy to answer all questions (even all my silly ones). She didn't leave things out and was honest. The viewings went great and we ended up deciding on the very first flat she showed us. When we started the process of applying she was extremely helpful since it was my first time going through this process it was really nice to have her answer all my questions and explain things properly. She was very quick with emailing and responding to my emails, very very professional. The level of care and professionalism we received from her was great. Things like her calling me to make sure I received her email and her getting things on the property fixed quickly without me having to mention it twice. This was a great experience with Handles and I look forward to staying in contact with them during my tenancy.

I engaged Oliver Knight to help with my property and my request was not usual one. Not only did I want to sell the property but also needed help with refurbishing. The finished results vastly exceeded my expectation. Oliver put together a team of high-quality professionals, designed a new layout, and selected all the fixtures, down to the paint colour and carpets. In addition to this Oliver made some good suggestions about the Camino Gardens and again oversaw landscaping, which dramatically improved the appeal. As if this wasn’t enough, there were also issues with other flat owners not paying their service charges and of course Oliver came to the rescue, setting up meetings and straightening everything out before we sold the property. I cannot thank him enough.

We rented a property in Leamington Spa through Handles. There were a number of issues with the flat that needed attention and the involvement of the rental team. Despite reporting these issues and chasing the team, almost nothing had been resolved 3 months of being in residency. Finally, Mark Wadsworth, a senior member of the management team, took over our file and gave us a fantastic personal service resulting in all the issues being sorted out quickly and efficiently.
