GoogleI recently dealt with Handles property and they are very Effective and professional. They helped me with all of my queries and any issues I have had which is not something I have experienced with other agents! I would Highly recommend them for any property needs you have. The team are very friendly and everyone is happy to help you, I mainly dealt with Chardonnay who was very attentive and made the process go smoothly.

GoogleWe used Handles to sell our house. Mark came round and did a fantastic job of talking us through things, getting the pictures taken (which also included 360 degree pictures of all the rooms and a funky tool that lets potential buyers measuring out spaces in the same picture), and getting it listed. With all the viewings that were arranged, he confirmed the times with us to make sure it wasn't going to cause us a problem while we were working from home, and he showed them around himself as well. Start to finish we dealt with Mark and only got passed to another agent when Mark was on holiday, so having just one person to talk to was fantastic. I also have to say that our onward purchase was painfully difficult, but Mark did his absolute best to push things through. Considering his main focus was on selling our property, I'm pretty sure he ended up managing most of the entire chain!

Handles are by far the best agent in Leamington, it’s a shame we are moving out of the area as we would undoubtedly use them again and again!

GoogleInitial Positivity Diminished by Post-Tenancy Surprise I must express my gratitude for the assistance provided by the letting agency at the commencement of our renting journey. However, it is disheartening to recount that our positive experience took an unexpected turn upon the conclusion of the tenancy. Despite having paid nearly £20,000 in rent and returning the apartment in a meticulously cleaned state, surpassing the conditions outlined in the inventory, we were surprised to find a request for £50 from our deposit. The reason? Breadcrumbs. One would expect a more proportionate response considering the substantial financial commitment and the effort invested in maintaining the property. It appears that our definition of cleanliness and theirs diverge, with breadcrumbs becoming an unforeseen point of contention. While I appreciate the initial helpfulness, the post-tenancy experience has left a lingering disappointment. UPDATE: I was informed by the letting agency that this was the landlord's request. Therefore, I'm happy to update my review.
Hi Vasilis, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, I want to thank you for renting with us from November 2021 to November 2023. Im sorry to hear that you felt the end of the tenancy hand back didn’t go how you had hoped. I have looked into this and I can see that your deposit was returned in full. There were NO deductions. I believe that we informed you that THE LANDLORD had visited the property, once you had vacated to carry out the checkout inspection and informed us of some parts of the property that wasn’t cleaned to a professional standard. So he had requested £50 towards the additional cleaning required, in several different areas of the property. You disagreed and so we then approached the landlord to see if he was willing to waive this charge, to which he agreed. So no deduction to yourself. We were then instructed to return the full deposit to you. Which was confirmed and then actioned. It seems a little unfair to leave such a negative review against us. As our only involvement with regards to the checkout inspection was confirming with the landlord the waive the proposed cleaning fee. We value feedback of course, but we do have to insist on this being accurate, and if we feel we are responsible for any poor service we will immediately hold our hands up. I would hope this clarifies the matter a little more for you, and I would hope you could edit your review to reflect our involvement, especially given your confirmation of enjoyment at the property over the years. If after all this, you still believe we deserve a poor rating/review then we will accept, and we wish you all the best in the future. There have been none to minimal maintenance issues and Handles have always been very prompt in resolving them. GoogleWe recently moved from Leamington to the south of England and chose Handles to manage our sale. Mark Wadsworth was our point of contact at Handles and dealt with every part of the process. Mark was excellent. He was very interested in our situation which we felt was important. He has many years of experience which was made obvious when he discussed the sales procedure and tailored it to our needs, timescale etc. Throughout the sale he maintained his interest and commitment to us. We were kept informed of the sale’s progress throughout and felt at all times that Mark was doing his utmost to progress the sale and bring it to a speedy conclusion. He was in touch with our buyer and the respective solicitors throughout and this helped the sale go through as smoothly as possible. We chose Handles because it was an independent company and felt that they would be more interested and able to pursue our sale on a more personal basis than a large chain would have had the time to do. We are delighted to say that our trust in Handles was completely borne out and Mark Wadsworth was excellent throughout the whole process. GoogleThroughout the process of selling our house both Mark Wadsworth who was leading the sale and any team members we contacted were always extremely helpful. Mark kept us up to date on all aspects of selling our house, be it the initial viewings and feedback, to keeping us informed of the buyers status as the sale progressed. GoogleGreat and Quick service. Had a viewing with Tatiana on 23rd of December 2025 and needed a house in January urgently. They made the checks and other requirements accommodating my request even with Christmas holidays in between and facilitated an easier move in by 10 January.
