GoogleWe recently rented a flat through Handles for 2 years and they were always great and very efficient! Anytime we had an issue it was easy to log the problem on their website and they would have someone out asap to get it fixed. We couldn’t fault them with anything from the start to the very end! Daniel in particular was extremely helpful with us and is a real asset to Handles team!

GoogleI chose Handles because it was just round the corner from the flat I wanted to sell. They did everything that was required of them and they kept me informed at all times. It took slightly longer to complete the sale due to the lease extension but we got there in the end! Mark was brilliant and the solicitors were excellent!

FacebookBeen renting from Handles for nearly 2 years now! The team are so friendly to speak too and easy to contact if I have any issues! (Which has been how to find the readings for electric) 😂 Nothing is ever to hard for them!! Highly recommend The Handles team!!

They worked quickly, communicated clearly and the sales and marketing strategy and materials were very high quality. Lots of nice touches to the experience and we definitely saw the benefits of Oliver’s experience. Very reassuring and supportive. Highly recommend to anyone selling a property in the Leamington area.

GoogleCondesending, rude and entitled. Having rented through Handles for 2.5 years in a house share these are the things that come to mind when I think of Handles. The landlord is great but the property management at Handles is poor. On more than one occassion they let themselves into the property without any notice, despite us asking for it as a courtesy, because "by law" they didn't need to tell us unless it was related the room we were renting. Interactions you'd have with them through email always seemed to end with some form of passive agressive response that implied it was actually you that was in the wrong, despite you laying out the facts. This being specifically an issue with C Bentley. Not one star because they handled call outs for repairs quickly.

GoogleI've been renting through Handles Property Management. The team ( Charlie ) is always responsive and professional, and they've been quick to address any maintenance issues that have arisen. They also do a great job of keeping me informed about important updates and events related to my property. Overall, I highly recommend Handles Property Management to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive property management company.

GooglePut in an offer and told them we were ready to get in asap. They agreed a move in date 2 weeks from this point and then the next email we got told us that a different colleague had already signed paper work with another tenant that morning and that was that. If we had had the paper work then we would have signed it then and there but this was never an option and we weren’t concerned at this point as we believed that due to having agreed a move in date, the property was secured as ours. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. After calling up the manager essentially passed blame to the landlord. Completely unprofessional would not recommend.

GoogleA true 5-star service level. We have recently chosen to rent a property through Handles Leamington, with everything being dealt with expertly by Marc Martin. Marc helped liaise with the landlord on questions before agreeing to take the property, whilst administering the set-up of the tenancy and he has been keen to ensure we are happy now that we are settled into our new home. Nothing was too much trouble - Marc even responded to our questions outside working hours and on his day off! Would recommend Handles in a heartbeat. Faultless.

GoogleI rented my property for 4 years before using their services to complete the sale. Mark from rentals found us a great rental price to start with and kept the tenants happy. The other Mark on the other hand sold the property on day 1 of listing. Again at a great price. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for the hard work from you it and the team. Right from the beginning, you stayed on top of everything and kept us updated throughout the process. I value good communication a lot. Without this, it would not have been possible.

GoogleTerrible experience, extremely dishonest agency, avoid at all costs! They take advantage of the fact you don't know English taxes. Most of these reviews are paid and negative reviews other people I know who had the same awful experience are strangely gone. That is so low. But after all, what did you expect?
