I dealt with many mortgage advisors and I can easily say the Shaun is one of the best. He is not only very professional and but also very friendly and keen to get the best deal with the lender He managed to get a good deal and to do this he worked very hard. Me and my wife were really pleased with the service we received from Connells and particularly Ellie (Lettings). Every question we had was answered quickly, and the whole process was made really easy. Every visit was conducted in a professional manner, viewings were a breeze as Ellie was able to do everything, allowing us to relax. She also set up the Landlord Rent and Legal Insurance, as well as the Buildings and Contents Insurance for us, a job that can be awfully time consuming took only 5minutes of my time at most. From what seemed a daunting idea at first, became very straightforward. Would recommend for any one considering becoming a landlord.

If you want a letting agent you can trust, and who is prepared to go the extra mile to meet your needs, then I’d go with Connells every time. We asked Connells to take over the sourcing of tenants for us when an alternative agent failed to do so in the space of 6 weeks. Connells then had us fixed up within a week. Things went awry and our tenants backed out at a late stage, leaving my family and I feeling really despondent in a packed-up house, unable to satisfy our work needs via the intended relocation. Selina and her team had all hands to the pump and had us back on track with new tenants within another week. Ellie Morris’ proactivity in sorting out all the tricky stuff was great, and she kept us continually reassured that the process was in safe hands. As a result, the lives of my whole family are back on track with our much needed relocation. We have a happy 1-year old who is now able to spend regular time with her Grandparents, which wouldn’t have been possible without this impressive level of service. Great work Selina and Ellie, and thanks to all at Connells who helped out. You really made us feel important as a customer in all of our dealings.

Renting a property for the first time and decided to use Connells. Their Leamington Spa branch has been absolutely wonderful and I could not fault them for a single thing. I had Mary help us with the process and she made everything so easy. Any questions we had she was happy to answer, did so incredibly fast and was lovely during the whole process. We had an amazing experience while purchasing our house through Connells mortgage service in Leamington Spa. At first, we were reluctant to pay for a mortgage service but at the end these guys did an amazing job. They were quick to reply to calls and emails and for first time buyers that we were they made everything clear for us and gave us a very good guidance through the process.
