I had been in the market to find a home in Leamington Spa for almost a year but everytime I met the estate agents for any viewing from most popular estate agents in Leamington, I was genuinely repelled by snobs, people lacking respect, professionalism, work ethic or property knowledge. I saw this house advertised by two agencies and was already dealing with one of them who were nightmare and the second agency was Connells who I got in contact with and asked for viewing and I was in contact with Julie Hopwood. I was instantly impressed by all those valuable traits I hoped from estate agents. Julie was extremely polite, considerate and professional and went out of her way to show me the properly on the same day. As soon as I met Julie, it was a walk in the park, she took care of everything from mortgage advice through her trusted and great colleague Shaun Brennan. Together they were a solid team and I hope everytime I buy a new house it’s through Julie. Who ever says buying house is stressful, you should meet Julie. Selina Egan has been looking after my rental in Warwick for some years now, including a period some years back when she was with a different agency. Selina is very professional, competent and efficient. Directly after lock down, when the market was impossible, Selina and her well organised and efficient rental team were able to find a new tenant the first day my rental property was advertised. We dealt with Beccy, while renting our new home and we must say it was very refreshing to deal with a Letting Agent who were able to provide us with a good service. We have rented a number of properties over the years and we always run into issues. Beccy was very responsive, went out of her way on two occasions to help us and was professional and friendly. We would recommend and will use this company again, so many letting agents seem to serve the landlord and give little service to the tenants, it was a breath of fresh air to have a different service here Thank you!

We’ve been renting a beautiful house for 4 years and when the landlady decided to sell, all the staff did their best to help us put an offer in. I recommend going to Holly 100% for a mortgage adviser, she’s the most helpful person, even when she’s off and back in office she’s will reply ASAP to me and help me, I am a first time buyer so I have hundreds of questions and email holly at least 5 times a day with questions and Holly always is so helpful and anything I ask her never seems to be to a issue and even if she is unsure she will make sure to find out for me. I highly recommend Connell's mortgage advisory service!
