I have just rented a flat with the help of Connells in Leamington Spa. Beccy was brilliant and so helpful throughout the whole process- incredibly informative and quick to respond to any queries. Upon moving in, the property required some maintenance, and Naomi got this sorted for us so quickly, and even called to check it was fixed and that we were happy. She made the process of getting the issue fixed so easy and no hassle at all. Would definitely recommend Connells- brilliant customer service!! :) Thank you.

Its great experience dealing with Connells Estate Agents Leamington Spa for buying two properties. We had wonderful experience with Connells. This is the second property we bought through them. The whole team at Connells Estate Agents Leamington Spa is very supportive. We especially thank Lucy, Julie and Shaun for making it happen. A big thank you for your efforts and very hard work in getting completion this property literally at the last moment. I understand it wasn't an easy task to get it completed. You made it possible. It was a very frustrating and anxious moment as the mortgage offer deadline was approaching fast and things were not very clear. At last, everything was sorted out. We will do business again with Connells Estate Agents Leamington Spa.

I had a recent experience with Connells Leamington for Letting my property. I must say I was very much impressed by the team, particularly Abby Morgan. She has been very upfront and easy to reach to , from initial interaction, explaining all the legalities, suggestions related to letting, even going beyond to help me sort certifications required prior to letting and taking interest in helping me sort everything in such short time. Her support has been exceptional during the entire process till tenants got the place. Would really recommend Abby and Connells !

We had an amazing experience buying our first home with Connells Leamington. Big shout-out to Lucy Hopwood (branch partner) for helping us on our journey. We are so happy that we got to work with her. She was always available to answer calls and emails and her responses were super quick. Hands down the best customer service ever. I would highly recommend working with Lucy. She made the whole process smooth and easy by doing all the hard work. Also, a huge thank you to our mortgage advisor Jatinder Randhawa, for making it happen. Overall they have the best professionals at the branch who understand customer needs. Great service!

Very bad experience with Connells.I doesn’t like to give them even one star also but there is no option.I will never recommend this company to anyone.Please don’t give holding deposit to them before completing reference.I have already informed them about everything regarding the reference.I told them I am not sure about the reference from the landlord and my partner reference.But according to them everything is alright.Naomi convenced me to pay holding deposit.After paying holiding deposit everything changed.Such a very bad experience with this agency personally I will never and ever recommend this agency for letting.Misleading communication is the worst thing I have experienced from them.

I had a great experience with Connells when viewing properties to let. They were efficient and helpful with searching for a property. Very freliendly and helpful when i asked questions. The letting fepartment (Irine) was happy to help answer further questions i had after leaving viewings over the phone or by email. *edit : superb communication with regards to our application, they got back to me first thing on Monday morning. Everything wrapped up by lunchtime with regards to signing paperwork (electronically) and deposits wtc. Top stuff, no faff!

Connells have been brilliant from start to finish. Our first exchange with the estate agent during the House open day was super positive. Although it was his last day with the company, he took the time with us and was very friendly. We also found Isabella our mortgage adviser quick to respond and helpful. Together with Samantha and the whole team, we felt looked after and when some troubles with the valuation happened, they were responsive and empathetic.
