Sue and John are Belvoir are fantastic to talk to - We've been renting a little property in Leamington for two years now and have always felt taken care of by the whole team. Aswell as helping us with any questions or small problems, we always feel welcome when we pop into the agency in Leamington's sunny town center. Fantastic agents, everything we needed was attended to within a day, thus their maintenance response unit is great. They are super friendly, willing to help and really understanding especially with regards to student living and some of the complications that can arise. Had a fab two years with them and would gladly recommend them, got our deposits back in full as well! Really patient with the end-of-tenancy chaos too! Thanks Nicole and Sue and John! I came across Belvoir Lettings through my daughter renting a student house in Leamington Spa. She is my youngest, and we have had some very mixed experiences through 7 years of our older children renting student accommodation. Belvoir have been completely thorough and professional from the very beginning, and as a Landlord myself, I can appreciate how comprehensive they are being through their service aiming to protect both landlord and tenant. When I finally met with them, they were a friendly and happy team, who clearly place customer satisfaction high in their priority list. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is we have yet to experience the conclusion of their tenancy which is a critical part of the service.

The team is very professionnal and helpful. It's the second time now that we requested the help of Belvoir to find a place for us to rent. We rented our first house in Leamington Spa via Belvoir. It was managed by them and everytime we had a problem , they always tried to sort it out quickly (even on a week-end ). We wanted to change of home and we found our second home thanks to them. We also appreciated their transparency about the fees and the tenancy agreement, we are foreigners and everything was explained to us kindly and clearly. No surprise at all about the fees which are not excessive. We cannot be more pleased. We definitely recommend Belvoir.

Terrible experience with lettings. Had to chase multiple times for confirmation of viewing times. I would have to call to confirm the viewings as they wouldn't respond on email, and they would tell me "sorry, the property is now gone". Frustrating experience. Avoid.

Belvoir have been top-notch in every aspect of my two tenancies with them so far: quick to respond, good to deal with and an overall honest company. I have recommended them to friends in the past. They make sure the houses stay in good condition and take care of house repairs in the shortest possible time. I have always had efficient and polite, if not friendly, contractors from them. They have also been open about their keeping up with legislation and as a company, recently introducing a very comprehensive reports system for house repairs of any kind. I have to say that I have been pleasantly surprised by not only the professional level of service from Belvoir, but also the friendliness and timeline from a viewing to a signature of acceptance. What could be a problematic series of events was a smooth and uncomplicated process that the team managed effortlessly. This needs to be mentioned simply because I felt that I mattered, and that meant a great deal to me. Moving home is and always will be an upheaval in ones normal day to day life, so anything that eases this timeline of events is always welcome. And the team at Belvoir made that happen for me. Respect matters too, as does professionalism and timing. The team at Belvoir delivered above expectations on all three areas. I would say to anyone looking for a new property to rent or buy in the Warwickshire area, these guys are awesome!
