As a local landlord/property developer I have worked with Conor, John and the rest of the Belvoir team for over 10 years now. They have looked after several of my rental properties over this time and I have always found them to be excellent in finding great tenants and helping me keep my properties fully tenanted. They have been very helpful with a new development I have just completed securing tenants for one apartment before even being officially marketed and the other within 2d of going on Rightmove. My Daughter and her two friends have just completed a tenancy through Belvoir in Leamington during her last year at Warwick University. Professional and simple to deal with. They did everything as promised. The end of tenancy process and return of deposit was a bit long winded, but it turns out it was due to a maternity leave. The issue was picked up and dealt with very efficiently by Holly Abbott in the office. Without Holly I would have taken a star off, but she saved the day and sorted the issues out.

Moved out over a month ago (31st July). Today is 1st September and we are still yet to receive the deposit back on the property, nor the costs from the landlord to be taken from the deposit. They are slow answering/responding to our emails, saying that things will be sent to us by the end of the day, then we get no response. For any Warwick students, go somewhere else to rent your student property. It isn’t worth the stress and how painstakingly long it takes for them to sort/fix anything. You have to follow up emails pretty much everyday, and despite clearly stating issues in an email, they will still not understand you and delay any process further.
