GoogleWhat can I say about John & his team ..... From the first time I met John at my first viewing( as us Londoners say ' top geezer ' ) all the way through to the lovely Lauren & Tracy in admin ( absolute stars these two ) until hand over of keys , I don't always sing people's praises but credit where credit is due , John has got a top team working for him who helped me when I was about to give up all hope of finding a new home in Leamington spa & begrudgingly return home to London. Would I recommend , YES without a doubt .

GoogleI phoned Belvoir for some advice regarding my girlfriends tenancy agreement, I spoke to John and he gave me some advice on a tenancy agreement that my own agent couldn't even answer. Even though this was a small dealing on the phone with Belvoir it was great to know someone was happy to help and point me in the right direction. **Recommend Belvoir Leamington Spa**

GoogleI recently bought a property through Belvoir. Amy their Sales Manager was absolutely brilliant. No sales waffle as I have had from some other agencies in the past. She kept me in touch throughout the whole process and even went the extra mile and recommended a good solicitor to use as I did not have one. I would highly recommend them!
