I would not hesitate to recommend Belvoir as an estate agent to sell your house with. Not only were they professional in manner from the outset, their boasts of promoting our house sale, with photos, videos and social media plugs were highly successful and clearly got the interest we needed to make the sale within 7 days (this included the Easter bank holiday weekend)! Once the sale had been agreed, they assisted in moving along the sale in a calm and professional manner. Thank you Amy, John and the team!

My son rented student accommodation in Leamington Spa through Belvoir. Throughout the entire experience they were responsive and professional. A dedicated student letting team certainly helped the process. Having left the country during lockdown, and as yet unable to get back, Belvoir was very understanding in arranging access to the property so a relative could move his things out. My first point of contact with Belvoir was with John who showed me around the property. As a first time buyer I had quite a few questions which John was able to answer on the spot. Quite rare these days in my opinion. His enthusiasm, honesty and area knowledge was extremely refreshing. Once my offer was accepted everything went smoothly and at a steady pace. Overall it has been a very unpleasant experience from my side. I was one of the outgoing tenants of a property when the Landlord decided to advertise the house rental in Bellvoir Leamington. - Although I asked several times to please arrange the visits 24h in advance they kept insisting trying to arrange visits with shorter notice. - In one ocassion, nobody from Bellvoir appeared to show the house to an interested customer, resulting in us showing the house. Neither us nor the visitor received any notice from Bellvoir. - We arranged a visit on the 27th of September (which they deny) where some minor damage happened. However, Bellvoir was the only agency that had arranged a visit by then. - We have received a lot of pressure to remove the negative comments.

Belvoir Leamington Spa are a wonderful team of friendly and incredibly helpful individuals. We dealt mainly with Conor and Nicole. Conor went above and beyond to help myself and my husband find a house that suited our needs. We have a dog and a baby on the way, so with some strict criteria I can't imagine we were the easiest to work with, but he helped to find the perfect home for us, in a fabulous location and we could not be happier or feel more settled here. Thanks to Nicole the paper work was dealt with quickly, efficiently and always with a smile and we were able to move in within 2 weeks. This quick turn around has been incredibly easy and stress free thanks to Belvoir. I highly recommend Belvoir's 5 star services!

A truly personal service on all levels. As a landlord I've entrusted my properties to Belvoir for about 15 years now and have had excellent service over that time. Nothing is too much trouble and they will help in any way they can to prepare properties for rental, get good tenants and keep us all informed of legal requirements. The current Property Manager Jane Workman is second to none! She's so efficient and immediately on the case of whatever needs doing, maintaining excellent communications as well.
