Belvoir have been extremely helpful from start to finish. I used their Let only service which has suited me perfectly. Conor and Keri visited my property and gave me a market appraisal that I was very happy with. They understood the type of tenant I was looking for and straight away I knew they would be very particular with the applications ensuring good quality tenants. They were able to move in a quick and effective manner so that I was able to get the property on the market as soon as possible. Once the property went live it was overwhelming with the response we got. Overwhelming in a good way! They conducted all of the viewings and kept me up to date at all times. Once I had chosen the tenant from the applications the process was very smooth and the tenancy has already started. I would certainly recommend Belvoir and I will continue to use their services when needed.

Connor and John moved super fast to let my property after woeful service from another Leamington agent lead to it being unnecessarily empty for weeks. Within two days they had taken professional photographs and produced a video. Within days I had a firm offer from suitable tenants who have now moved in. Communication was excellent throughout and the entire service was professional and efficient. Connor's service was way above expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The best Agent I've ever dealt with. I was in a very difficult position between homes and they helped me immensely. I reserved a flat and within a week I was moved in. They dealt with referencing and queries quickly, the whole team were fantastic, especially Sue. They deal with things quickly with good honest customer service. Nothing but great things to say about the guys at Belvoir. Was shown around the apartment by John and Mia on the Thursday and on the Friday morning I was at Belvoir getting the paperwork done. The whole team was friendly and welcoming and the vibe is really good; they honestly make you feel at home. I haven't dealt with a letting agent since uni and didn't have a great opinion on letting agents. Admittedly I still don't have a great opinion of letting agents but I view Belvoir as the sole exception! They are honest, upfront, down to earth and so easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Belvoir. The service was so good and transparent that if I look to buy in the area in the future, my first port of call will be Belvoir. Thanks to John, Sue, Nicole, Mia and the rest of the team for making my day that bit more eventful haha!

With fantastic customer service and great properties, Belvoir Lettings really are one of the best Property managers in Leamington Spa. They offer loads of letting options to students (I live in a very spacious 5-bedroom in North Leamington) and the atmosphere at the office is always vibrant and warm. They are always prompt and tend to maintenance issues as quick as possible. When I approached them for a charity donation, (from Sue and Nicole), they were extremely generous and agreed to give me a large amount on behalf of the company. All in all, an enthusiastic company who are ever-ready to help at any time :)
