Not your average agent. The whole team at Belvoir have gone above and beyond the normal standard of service you'd expect from your typical agent at all stages of dealing with them. Not only taking the time to understand my position fully at the start of my dealings with them but also keeping my fully informed at every step along the way. I have recommended them to family and friends who have also moved over to them as landlords and they are all very happy with the service provided also. Thanks again to everyone at Belvoir.

I was really satisfied with the efficiency of Belvoir and the friendliness of staff was great. They always my email as soon as possible and really went for the extra mile. A staff (Conor) who was very nice and offered to help me move in in my apartment on a Sunday when he could have spent the time doing something that is not work-related. I am therefore very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend it to other potential tenants/ landlords!

Very impressed with the Belvoir L'Spa team. Having engaged Conor on a Friday night he subsequently had my property let by lunch time the next day! My new tenant moved in under 3 weeks, so i couldn't have asked for a more responsive service. The worst student agency in leamington spa. I've been with two in the town and these are hands down the worst I've even heard of. They have the worst and least professional service out there - their reviews here are surprising. They will deduct anything and everything from your deposit. Their team is incompetent and unwilling to do anything at all. They charge a call out fee when things are not working upon arrival even. Overall: would not recommend to anyone.

I wouldn’t trust this company. I was a tenant while Belvoir was managing some visits. First of all, for one visit the agent didn't appear to show the property to the client and I had to show the house on their behalf. Second, we arranged a second visit with Bellvoir. In this case I wasn’t at home during the visit, but after it I noticed some minor damage was done. Bellvoir denies this point and we cannot prove it because we weren’t there during the visit, but they were the only Agency who had arranged a visit in that timeframe. Third, I have received a lot of pressure from Bellvoir to remove this comment. This is my experience with this office in Leamington.

Despite a drawn out purchase process, Amy and John were very accommodating of our numerous visits to see the property with our builders/architects. Amy kept us up to date throughout and helped progress things with the seller and solicitors when required. Always had great service, which was much appreciated for our first house purchase!

An excellent viewing led by Connor led to us renting a property from Belvoir. Tracey completed all the paperwork to an exceptionally high standard and the entire experience was thorough and professional with a personal, friendly touch. Belvoir Sales & Lettings are an excellent letting agency and above all trustworthy. They house I recently rent is in an absolutely fabulous condition and they made sure everything is working. They guided me throughout the whole process and they provided me with everything I needed. The staff is very very kind and helpful; they reply to all my emails and phone-calls and I could count on their assistance. I fully recommend Belvoir. Belvoir Leamington Spa are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always friendly and understanding. We had a minor situation with our cat and Belvoir went above and beyond anything I'd have expected in an attempt to sort it.
