GoogleMaggie showed me around a flat I was interested in viewing. She was very helpful and friendly, and answered every question I had about the flat and about applying to rent for it. After I had applied, I received an answer as to whether I had gotten the flat or not within the new few hours, which took a lot of stress out of looking. Very happy with the service so far!

GoogleDont trust these guys when they are commiting to do before tenancy start. I am a big victim of these guys. Because of these guys I wasted my time and money. Bit careful. I recommend to keep away from these guys if possible. When you are meeting Connor, be cautious about his commitment.

GoogleVery happy with the service we received from Accord. The staff were always friendly and approachable, nothing was ever too much for them. Having lived overseas for the past 15+ years, we faced several issues trying to obtain a lease. Accord, in particular Michael, went above and beyond to help us get the property we loved. I can not recommend Accord enough and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. P.s a special thank you to Michael for your constant professional service and positive attitude - you are truly an asset to Accord.

GoogleI have had the privilege to deal with Accord Lets on a professional basis for many years as a Landlord. They have surpassed all my expectations numerous times and allowed me the comfort of knowing my property is fully managed 24/7.Any maintenance issues they deal with directly and their compliance handling of all my certificates to keep me legal is so reassuring and second to none. Recently since Amey the Lettings Manger has rode into town on her horse on a mission to make Accord even better, my life as a Landlord just got even better. She is passionate professional and very thorough and attention to detail is her second name. Helped by an amazing team of Kam the Assistant Branch Manager and Elsie the Coordinator, I cannot recommend them enough. So if you have a Property to Let talk to Amey now and you will not be disappointed. They have a database of qualified ready go tenants who have all been qualified and the speed of putting my properties on to letting them is anywhere from 24 to 48 hours. Well done team keep up the good work, you guys deserve all the success you so rightly demand on a daily basis!!!

GoogleAfter viewing a variety of rentals, Maggie was the first to happily give us her time and attention and not treat us like a number. Dealing with Maggie and Accord has been our best experience since moving to Warwick.

GoogleExtremely poor management of repairs to be done in the properties. We’ve had an urgent repair take over a month to be fixed. When you call the agency to complain about the lack of action, they insist they cannot do anything about the problem, and that we should contact another company that deals with repairs. The funny thing is, we’ve rented the property directly though Accord, so how come they can’t do anything about the fact that our rights as tenants are being breached? So does it mean that Accord won’t do anything to help? And will we have to bring legal action against the landlord for breach of obligations?NegativeResponsiveness
