GoogleMaggie originally showed us around the property we ultimately rented; she was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. She was also very contactable and responsive via email and phone - generally her communication was good. We had a number of issues in the process of getting the keys to the property. Most of these were out of the control of Maggie. Given the difficulties presented, Maggie handled these exceedingly well under pressure and very professionally; she is a credit to Accord Letting and we had a significantly better experience with her than any other lettings negotiator from other companies. Unfortunately we did have some issues with Accord Letting generally which ultimately came down to a lack of care and attention, including spelling my name incorrectly on the tenancy agreement (despite having copies of our passport and signed email correspondence). Bottom line, there were far more hurdles to climb over than should be expected, but we got in to our property eventually. An okay experience.

GoogleI rented a student property through the agency and communicated mostly with Kam. Unfortunately, we had a poor experience with the property and the landlord, but this was out of Kam’s control and despite this, she was always very helpful and quick to respond. She helped as much as she could in dealing with the issues we were facing and was always checking in on us and making sure we were alright. Overall, our experience with the landlord was quite poor, but I am giving 5 stars as with the letting agency, it was great.
