Spoke to Jaya in Birmingham. She was quite rude because I advised her I couldn't move in til 1st september (obviously not suiting her sales quota) and I have now given a months notice. She said she is only looking for people to move in in August. I said that's not possible due to my notice period. And she had the cheek to say I should have handed my notice in sooner. Does she not realise there was a pandemic and people couldn't and weren't legally allowed to move. Very bad service!
