GoogleAs co-executor of a relative's estate I recently had to dispose of a small parcel of agricultural land in Devon and I found Andrew Ranson of Stags most helpful in guiding us, as executors, through the process of valuation, marketing and auction. Andrew enabled us to conclude a very satisfactory sale which fully justified our decision to go to auction. I would use Stags again if the need arose.

GoogleAs a landlord, I can highly recommend the lettings service offered by Stags in Launceston. I have now been using their services for 5 years and found the service, headed up by Emma Treglown, friendly, efficient and friendly. They have found tenants for my properties quickly and conducted all the checks, and advised on the results, to ensure that the properties remain empty for as short a period as possible. They manage the tenancies well, keeping me and the tenants informed of any chances to the laws. They also work well with me and the tenants to ensure the tenancy runs smoothly, with any annual checks (eg Gas Safety), and maintenance issues being dealt with in a timely manner.

GoogleAfter buying through stags 9 years ago, when we decided to put the property on the market they were the obvious ‘go to’ choice to market it for us. Offering a professional but more importantly personal service, through what was safe to say a non-straightforward sale, first name contacts, casual catch up phone calls and a lot of reassurance went a long way in helping secure a sale. GoogleAlthough Stags was not our Estate Agents as we were the purchasers, they were incredibly good at staying in touch, keeping us informed of progress, and finding out what was happening further down the chain - which is what our Estate Agent should have been doing! I would like in particular to mention Greg, who was professional and helpful at all times.

Through no fault of Staggs our sale and purchase took much longer than expected and Josh and the other staff members were very helpful and understanding throughout the process, their standard of communication was excellent and made what could have been a stressful time much more bearable.

GoogleThroughout the whole process Piers, Josh and their office team have been impeccable in their attentiveness, communication, professionalism and client care. Their expertise and knowledge in dealing with property particularly with attached land has been exceptional and anyone looking for an estate agent for their sale, I am certain, would not receive this level of service elsewhere. As an ex-practising solicitor I could be considered to have higher expectations than most. However not only did Stags meet these but they were excelled on every occasion. They have been consistently thorough, and their dedication is apparent in their commitment to liase with the buyer and the buyer’s agents regularly always providing prompt and comprehensive feedback to ensure matters proceeded as smoothly as possible. The estate we sold was less than straight forward for many reasons beyond Stag’s control and their true understanding of their field, professionalism and going the extra mile to make swift phone calls or last minute emails was apparent throughout. I genuinely can not recommend Stags highly enough to anyone with property within the South West area.
