GoogleAt all times Stags Launceston have surpassed our expectations in the marketing, negotiating and selling of our property. This was particularly complex since it ran into "lockdown", and it was David who finally helped us to tie things together. We were particularly impressed by Greg and Josh, who were proactive in their approach and communicated with us throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending them despite the cost being higher than some other agents, but with this team you get what you pay for!

GoogleEmma's communication extremely poor. Having provided feedback on a rental and made an offer two days later still not heard from her. Considering how good Tavistock Stags are with communication this branch clearly is letting the brand down. It seems potential rental customers are not important anymore.
We are sorry you have had a recent bad experience with our lettings office in Launceston. The level of enquiry and lettings activity is at levels we've not previously seen, as we slowly come out of lockdown. In all cases we are receiving high enquiry levels for each property marketed and numerous viewing requests with properties being let very quickly to a selection of suitable tenants. This has added to the significant work pressures on top of the issues already associated with the impact of the crisis Our service levels are important to us and Emma who prides herself in delivering a quality service in the Launceston area over a number of years. We hope you find a suitable property soon.
