Greg particularly went above and beyond in dealing with difficulties encountered with our onward purchase. I'm seldom if ever compelled to write a review, but in this instance I believe credit is due. A simple house sale you'd think....no, not when the purchasers solicitor suddenly ups and says 'errrr, I can't do land' ...this was almost near the point of an expected exchange!!! But Stags, said no, this is okay it can be sorted...and it was. My point of contact was amazing, and I can't say that enough, simply brilliant. I'm sure at times when I phoned, they must've thought, not her again, but always kind, cheerful and professional, absolutely brilliant. Thank you doesn't quite seem enough.

My sale completed within only three weeks of my offer being accepted, so I didn’t have a huge experience with the agency, however, dealings with Greg & Jordan were always engaging and positive. The only downside was that it took nearly a week for my cash, asking price offer to be accepted, hence the 4 and not 5 star review. The reason was explained that they were experiencing a lot of withdrawals, which they were trying to safeguard by having other interested parties in the wings. So I’m terms of looking after their seller, who is their priority, they were doing the right thing, which would lean me towards using them to sell my property. If there was a 4.5 option, I’d choose it.
