Stags were extremely professional at handling what turned out to be a very ‘complicated’ sale from start to finish. I’m convinced that without their tenacity and sustained involvement the sale would not have completed. Greg kept me updated from start to finish and ‘always’ returned calls, emails and texts in a very timely fashion. It was very refreshing to find such a committed and communicative negotiator. Thank you Greg you have been truly amazing. Thanks to Jordan also for back up when needed! Would not hesitate to recommend Stags (Greg) as a truly professional and committed estate agency.

I'm seldom if ever compelled to write a review, but in this instance I believe credit is due. A simple house sale you'd think....no, not when the purchasers solicitor suddenly ups and says 'errrr, I can't do land' ...this was almost near the point of an expected exchange!!! But Stags, said no, this is okay it can be sorted...and it was. My point of contact was amazing, and I can't say that enough, simply brilliant. I'm sure at times when I phoned, they must've thought, not her again, but always kind, cheerful and professional, absolutely brilliant. Thank you doesn't quite seem enough.

We have just sold a five bedroom farmhouse with some land through Stags Launceston office. When we put the house on the market, the market changed very quickly, but Stags remained a solid support through the process. Their persistence and optimism throughout kept us going and they also managed to push through problems in the chain below our sale. They were instrumental in keeping the sale on track. We would thoroughly recommend Stags for their coverage of this area and their knowledge of properties of this type. My sale completed within only three weeks of my offer being accepted, so I didn’t have a huge experience with the agency, however, dealings with Greg & Jordan were always engaging and positive. The only downside was that it took nearly a week for my cash, asking price offer to be accepted, hence the 4 and not 5 star review. The reason was explained that they were experiencing a lot of withdrawals, which they were trying to safeguard by having other interested parties in the wings. So I’m terms of looking after their seller, who is their priority, they were doing the right thing, which would lean me towards using them to sell my property. If there was a 4.5 option, I’d choose it.

Being able to purchase a small farm in Cornwall is a dream that’s come true for us. The process of acquiring the farm was not always straight forward and things did not always go our way. I really cant praise this place enough especially Greg who was absolutely brilliant from the start. He was patient, responsive, professional, exceptionally helpful and extremely honest and upfront. Always happy to communicate with me and kept me informed regularly. Each time I dealt with him he was pleasant and took the time to answer my questions and help me anyway he could. For this I am very grateful. I have dealt with many, many agents in my time and have always needed to maintain my guard up and never really trusted them. Our house went on the market towards the back end of 2020. We went with Stags due to their reputation and are happy to report our high expectations were exceeded. All the way from the initial house listing through to completion of sale Stags have been incredibly thorough and attentive to all parties concerned. You always expect a certain degree of stress when selling a home but in retrospect, with the help of Stags, this process was more plane sailing and ostensibly stress free! In the main I put this down to the vigilance Stags showed at every step in the process - of which a special mention must go to Greg who never failed to keep me up to date and often helped walk me through the ins and outs of the process . Stags are known to be the number one Estate Agents in the area and was proven to be so in my experience. I'll be using them again should I ever decide to sell or purchase a property in the future. Thank you to Greg and the sales team for finally getting our sale over the line before Christmas. It was touch and go at one point when the bottom of the chain fell through, but within a week we were back on track. This made for a more nerve racking sale but Greg did a good job of chasing all parties up every step of the way. Ensuring there is a good line of communication throughout, especially when things get a little tricky, is so important.
