GoogleWe have moved home many times during our 46 years of married life and consequently experienced many estate agents of varying quality. However, without doubt, Stags at Launceston have proved to be by far the most professional, competent and personable we have ever used. They dealt with both our sale, through Piers, and, fortuitously, our purchase, through Guy. The housing market in Cornwall is currently manic with houses being sold STC in literally a few days, as was our sale. The personalised service provided by Piers, with Mike acting as the thoroughly competent viewing facilitator, was perfect. We had the correct level of potential buyer and, because of this, we achieved a fantastic deal for our house almost before we could draw breath. Our purchase, coordinated through Guy, acting primarily for the vendor, but completely cognisant of our requirements, was equally smooth. Good communication between client and agent is critical in this fast moving market and Stags provided it. It could have been a much different outcome without Stags' professional and knowledgeable approach. We unreservedly recommend Stags. They have made a potentially traumatic experience into an 'almost' enjoyable one with an extremely positive outcome. Well worth every penny. Many thanks to you all at Stags, Launceston.

Greg, our negotiator, was fantastic at keeping us up to date with developments and ensured that the process ran as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We were impressed by Greg's friendly, yet professional manner and his great knowledge of the current market. He advised us well on how to best present our property to secure a sale. House buying/selling can often be unpredictable, but we felt in the safest of hands with such a good agent.

GoogleWe were looking to rent or buy a property and were horrified to find the current housing market so fiercely competitive, however Stags were excellent at interpreting our remit and offered us several great contenders during our search. We finally found our current rental through a friend but Stags are the Letting Agent and they have been helpful and efficient throughout the letting procedure. Amba, Emma and Poppy have all played their part in making the transition from our previous rental as stress free as possible and as we settle into our new rental they are addressing any teething problems in the same efficient manner. GoogleMy husband and I were in desperate search for accommodation to rent and we contacted a few different estate agents to arrange viewings. We had 3 small dogs that we were always upfront about when making applications, and on this occasion this was the first thing that was mentioned before asking to view a property near Launceston. I didn't hear back from the lettings department for a few days and then I was contacted to confirm a viewing. We drove for over an hour and had to drive down some unsurfaced country tracks which were not mentioned beforehand. We got lost because we were not given any directions or a contact number for the landlord. We arrived very late, only to be told that the landlord is unwilling to accept any pets. I contacted Stags to complain and nobody ever got back to me. A complete waste of our time and fuel!!
Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that your viewing experience did not meet your expectations. Due to the unreliability of sat nav technology, full directions are included on all of our particulars to assist in guiding viewers to their appointment. Our office team are also available by telephone to help assist in the event that anyone is unable to reach a property. Having reviewed the particulars, pets were considered however, on this occasion and with multiple applicants wishing to rent the property the Landlords instructed us to proceed with one of the other interested parties, something beyond our control. We hope you have been able to find a suitable property but if not, we would be more than happy to assist further.
