We have purchased and sold a number of houses in the past, but have never had such as great service as we have done with Stags. We have been really impressed with the service offered. Greg, our negotiator, was fantastic at keeping us up to date with developments and ensured that the process ran as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We were impressed by Greg's friendly, yet professional manner and his great knowledge of the current market. He advised us well on how to best present our property to secure a sale. House buying/selling can often be unpredictable, but we felt in the safest of hands with such a good agent.

We were looking to rent or buy a property and were horrified to find the current housing market so fiercely competitive, however Stags were excellent at interpreting our remit and offered us several great contenders during our search. We finally found our current rental through a friend but Stags are the Letting Agent and they have been helpful and efficient throughout the letting procedure. Amba, Emma and Poppy have all played their part in making the transition from our previous rental as stress free as possible and as we settle into our new rental they are addressing any teething problems in the same efficient manner. My husband and I were in desperate search for accommodation to rent and we contacted a few different estate agents to arrange viewings. We had 3 small dogs that we were always upfront about when making applications, and on this occasion this was the first thing that was mentioned before asking to view a property near Launceston. I didn't hear back from the lettings department for a few days and then I was contacted to confirm a viewing. We drove for over an hour and had to drive down some unsurfaced country tracks which were not mentioned beforehand. We got lost because we were not given any directions or a contact number for the landlord. We arrived very late, only to be told that the landlord is unwilling to accept any pets. I contacted Stags to complain and nobody ever got back to me. A complete waste of our time and fuel!!

Absolutely fantastic. Stags managed a very tricky sale for us as one house after another we were buying were withdrawn from sale. They not only held everything together for our 2nd buyer and us whilst waiting for us to find a third house but did so with good grace and calm and complete honesty to all parties. They have been terrific in calming jittery nerves through a process which lasted almost a year in one of the most difficult housing markets for 20 years. They've earned every penny of their commission on this one! Well done indeed to Guy and Josh at Launceston branch - there are no better agents (in our view) in the South West.

The agent, Josh, kept in touch regularly without being intrusive, handling diplomatically the inevitable bumps along the way. From our first meeting with David Robinson, through the marketing and viewing to completion of the sale of our house with Greg, Stags have been fantastic. In just over 2 weeks of making contact a very impressive sales brochure and web listing were created. Millie then guided a steady stream of prospective purchasers around our property with a firm offer accepted within 2 weeks and completion about 6 weeks later.
