GoogleThe help and guidance of Emma, chief letting officer at the Launceston office was without blemish and much appreciated. However, the organisation used to check references and status was no more than a box ticking excercise. It would have been more intelligently and sympathetically operated if it were an algorithm.

Thank you for your review of your viewing of a Lettings property that is being marketed by Stags Launceston. We take reviews very seriously and I have investigated the matter fully. I understand you arranged two appointments to see two of our Lettings properties and our staff member inadvertently went to meet you at the other property. This was an unfortunate human error that we apologised for at the time and I understand how frustrating this must have been for you. You also asked many questions about plans to redecorate the property which our viewing assistant rightly felt she needed to ask our Landlord client about before answering. As the previous tenants had only vacated that week, the Landlord was not able to provide you with answers as quickly as you wanted them, which again must have been frustrating for you.
