GoogleI went to Eden as I wanted to view a house that they were selling. At this point I wasn’t on the market myself and was nervous about taking that massive step. Jeff came to my house, did a valuation and talked me through everything. He put me at complete ease and there was no pressure to put my house on with them. I felt that this company were genuinely interested in my needs, concerns and anxieties and they 100% went out of their way to alleviate them. Eden sold my house within days, they got me the best price possible and have charged a lot less commission than other estate agents that have quoted me. They followed up enquiries, gave me feedback and kept me in the loop at every stage. Nothing has been too big or too small an enquiry, and I have had many! Maddie has handled the sale of my house and she has liaised between me, my buyer, my seller, my solicitor and anyone else that needed to get involved in the sale of my house! She has been amazing and again, nothing was too much trouble for her. The team at Eden have all been so professional and so friendly, I would highly recommend them. If I were to ever go down the house selling/buying route again, I would definitely use no one else but Eden. Thank you to the team at Eden for everything you have done to help me and my children get our fresh start and new house. You have been amazing 🤩

This was a difficult sale of my property due to technical undisclosed issues (for privacy) we got there in the end. Throughout the process Madison was attentive and always willing to follow up on my queries.

GoogleThe Eden team are communicative, showing diligence in ensuring a timely response to my enquiries and patient in showing consideration for the unavoidable stresses caused by the propery sale/purchase process. Whilst Eden are a 'new brand' of estate agent for the immediate area, the team do bring a breadth of experience from their previous, senior roles at London based agencies and are quickly building the relationships needed across the multiple local agencies often involved in a chain. Personally, I think the property sale/purchase system is flawed and incredibly out-of-date; something that Eden Estates certainly cannot change by themselves (though I do believe they have some new ideas to try to circumnavigate unnecessary delays) however traversing this archaic and defective process with Eden is a much better experience than attempting to do it with a less helpful, reticent agency. Try them to note that difference.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAs first time sellers our experience couldn't of been anymore positive if we tried. From our initial meeting/valuation with Jeff, we knew we would be going forward with them before we had even been given the valuation. From there we were kept up to date on every aspect of the process from pictures to viewings. Kieran and John we also very helpful when doing viewings and called us after each one with a debrief. The online portal they use also is helpful in arranging bookings and seeing any updates. Everyone at Eden Estates was reachable no matter the time or day and on top of that sold our house within a week at the price we wanted. Would not hesitate to use them again and can see why a lot more of their signs have started to go up around the area. 10/10 service!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
