Found and advert from one of their properties trough an app literally after one month trying to find the perfect house. After sending the request, received a call from Jon and request a visit and boom next day had it. Made an offer and in the same day had everything signed from my phone. After some days had my credit check and all of the paperwork done trough their portal that it’s absolutely amazing, just had to upload my documents. And now we are expecting to move next month. That’s it, they made everything super easy, everything visible with no filters and with a lot of help from the agent that it’s an absolute star. Excellent Service. I have lived in Aylesford (Kent) for the past 5 years, relocating from London. I've never trusted estate agents due to miss guided information you get served when trying to complete the most stressful transaction of your life, with this said i used a friend to sell our house in London, which he completed in 3 months flat. When we completed the sale, we arrived in Kent to find out the Estate agents used in Kent had a better offer and we moved into a hotel for 1 month (as the kids had school places on hold) until i found us a rental. For that entire year whilst renting we tried to complete on a purchase after 3 months of being messed around by all the local estate agents with closed envelope offers and other misguiding services to show a seller they had offers. In March 2020 we had our property on the market for 8 months with a well known estate agents, with no offers and we received a letter in the post advising us that Eden Estates would be opening a branch in London Road. I'd never heard of Eden Estates before and thought i had nothing to loose, within 2 days after calling Jeff he was on my doorstep and he came across as a true transparent professional. He'd done his homework on my sale and knew the history of me being messed around and promised a change in the right direction for me and my family. Within the next week or so, they got me out of my contract with the other estate agents, a photographer arrived with Kieren and we had an offer on the table in week 4. Even through the tuff times affecting us all with the pandemic these guys answered the phone (every time) or called straight back otherwise (the same day) they alone have given me the confidence back in using estate agents and are currently looking for a new rental for us as-well. John in the office helped with all the paperwork and made the process so stress free, i would highly recommend using Eden Estates London Road for selling, buying or even renting your next home. Jeff Quanfrell visited me from Eden’s estate agent based in Larkfield. I liked his approach very professional, not pushy and his knowledge of the markets. The agents fees were very competitive. I’m not locked into a long drawn out contact. Eden’s estate agents only tie you in for 4 weeks where as other agents in the area tie you into for much longer. I’ll definitely be placing my property with Eden’s estate agents when I’m ready.

Ollie and caroline are an asset to eden and without them i would never have sold my house. They sold my house in less than a week in this hard market and exceeded all my expectations. Jon came to value the house and really gave me the confidence they would sell my home and true to there word they did. The photographer was on point that took the photos of my home and was very ocd and made my home look amazing on the website. Caroline really supported me throughout the process and updated me on everything that was happening. She was chasing the whole time to get this sale though and in 8 weeks i was sold and completed and it was all stress free which normally isnt the case. I couldnt thank eden enough for all there hard work and you have made my day. I will be forever grateful for what you have done for me. You guys are outstanding and i will be recommending you to all my family and friends xx :)

We have just exchanged on the sale of our house with Eden Estates, which in turn has allowed us to buy hopefully our forever home. From the start John gave us an honest value of the property for it to sell - rather than set a high price and have to sequentially reduce it as it became old news. The marketing was done very well with good descriptions, accurate floor plans and a very nice set of photos. Angie and Holly generated a lot of viewings and we had a good solid offer in around 3 weeks which then allowed us to put an offer in on our purchase. The communication was excellent with lots of contact for viewings and immediate feedback after the viewing which was really helpful. The chain we were in ended up becoming difficult due to issues with the sales / purchases which were below us. Caroline came onboard at Eden part way through this and really had a lot to deal with a short run up. I really could not have wished for better help and support from Caroline getting our sale through and I know she also provided the same for our buyer. I cannot thank her enough! I would have no hesitation in recommending this agent.
