GoogleEden Estates are truly amazing. They have been with us every step of the way. Nothing was ever a problem and they would go above and beyond to make sure things got done and they would always keep you updated. I would like to say a special mention to Maddie and Lauren. From selling our house to exchange, they have both just been simply amazing. Thank you all at Eden Estates for making a very stressful time in your life a little easier.

GoogleMy husband and I would like to say massive thanks to Eden Estates for finding us our ‘forever’ home. Particularly want to thank Bliss who showed us the house initially and really took onboard our telephone call and found ‘the’ house. She went above and beyond in allowing us to view it post offer, for various reasons during the process. Another massive thank you to Maddie, who kept me sane and was just always there during the whole process, ensuring that all parts were moving along nicely. Eden Estates offer a professional service but with a personal touch where my husband were made to feel like we mattered. I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleWe arranged to view a property. The estate agent turned up 10 minutes later after saying she would be there early and didn’t even apologise. She decided to park half a mile down the road and said to us when she turned up ‘I don’t like to park outside the houses. I like to park down the road and walk up’ although she was already late. She knew next to nothing regarding the house and couldn’t answer our questions, including the fact that it was actually sold when we viewed it, so we should never have been able to view it. After it being sold, the estate agents allowed us to put an offer in and it got accepted. We ended up pulling out due to unforeseen circumstances which we explained and apologies in a detailed email to them, to which they never even replied. Would not use again or recommend.

All feed back is a gift for us as it enables us to be better, you have caught us in a period of growth and it was our newest trainee that you were dealing with and it seems she's made a few mistakes which we hold our hands up to. Never the less, thanks to you we have been able to train and up skill her in the areas mentioned. For anyone reading this review, we don't hold mistakes against our staff if they learn from them.

GoogleWell what can I say but RUN AWAY FAST. so we contacted Eden regarding selling our property and they came round to view and give us a valuation. After informing them why we were selling and being told the valuation we told them what we wanted to sell the house for. We didn’t go to the max guide price we went for just over the middle of what they told us. Having full faith in them we let them crack on, all seemed well until we looked on the profile created and they had put the house in the market for the lowest valuation. Concerned I emailed them and my wife was called and they told her this was to just get people in the door, we know what we are doing we have lots of experience in selling properties we will get your asking price. Even after I raised concerns and told them that people DO NOT go in at the price shown they always offer lower so the fact they had out it up for the lowest price against what we had asked was concerning. However we let them carry on as they gave us the talk of we will get you price we know what we are doing. We got some viewings that weekend and thought great the train is rolling, we prepared ourself for the first viewing and made the plans. Well I’m a big believer in punctuality and first impressions so the time came for the first viewing and we waited and waited and waited. Expecting the agent to turn up a bit early to take the keys and let me and the family get out the way but nope not early. Ok maybe they turn up at the set time they have said, I continued to wait. The first viewings arrived and still no agent it’s well past the time they stated now, I then open the door as I didn’t want the potential buyers going away. I speak to them and start answering questions (doing the job of the people I have signed up to sell my house to do). While still waiting I let the people in to look around and then the second viewing has arrived still no agent. I’m getting a bit annoyed now, eventually the estate agent turns up, I hand the keys over and head out for a walk with the family. I don’t make a fuss I walk away, I contact the wife to contact the agents as I’m not happy. After the viewings a few days later we get some feedback and Eden after giving us the gift of the gab about “we will get your price” then state oh we haven’t got a sale we think you should drop your price by £20k bare in mind they had already put it at the lower price range already for the area. They then ask us what we want to do, well it’s simple I want you to do what you have been tasked to do, sell my house, I eat you to sell it for the price WE asked you to and I want you to get viewings in volume. Not being impressed we immediately asked them to take our house off the market and went to another estate agents. We thought that being a smaller agency they may give us a better service and wanted to believe what they told us that they had experience enough to do what they said. Please keep away and go to somewhere that A) does what they say B) does what you ask C) is punctual
Thank you for reviewing Eden Estates, I am sorry to hear you feel the service up until we withdrew the property was unacceptable. As a proactive estate agent who offers their clients a 4 WEEK contract with no upfront or recoverable costs its key for us that we give honest advice in a time sensitive manor, sometimes the advice given isn't to everyones liking but we believe honesty is the best policy. As you will see your review is certainly in the minority of reviews we have received from people who took our advice, trusted out marketing strategy and often achieved record breaking asking prices. Relationships are built on trust and sometimes you have to tell people what they don't want to hear. All feedback is a gift and we strive to be better. GoogleHaving recently sold our property with Eden, we have nothing but praise for the team and would highly recommend to anyone considering listing their property. There was always someone available for us to talk to or email whenever we needed to, to answer any queries or provide us with information. The team worked well around our needs in terms of listing our property and undertaking viewings on our behalf as this was something we were unable to facilitate with a young baby. Once viewing had taken place we received prompt updates in terms of feedback and confirmation of offers received. Maddie particularly has been so helpful in keeping in touch to update us with progress of the sale which we found informative and most helpful. If we were to sell again, I would absolutely have no hesitation in contacting Eden again and I would definitely recommend to others.

They secured viewings very quickly, and the whole process, from accepting an offer to completion, was just less than 11 weeks - absolutely fantastic. We would have no issues in recommending Eden to anyone looking to move home.

GoogleBooked in to view a property over the weekend, we are not from the area to have also arranged viewings at other properties on the same day. Agent called the day before to cancel our viewing that was booked in, so now have to rearrange other viewings. Our property is due to go on the market in a couple of days, but it seems the agent have changed their mind and now don’t want us to view this property as we are not on the market, it’s a shame they didn’t say so at first so that our time wasn’t wasted. If this early experience is anything to go by, then I’m not sure we would want to buy through this agent anyway.
Dear Katie, We feel your pain and frustration in this situation, unfortunately in this particular circumstance the vendor of our property has just found the onward purchase of their dreams and time is of the essence for them. They have specifically now requested that only proceedable purchasers view the property, this is people currently sold or cash buyers, in your current circumstance where you aren't on the market currently and haven't secured a buyer, even if you liked the property and wanted to make an offer you would be unproceedable and the vendor unable to accept. We are sorry that you feel we've wasted your time but it would have been more time wasted for you if the viewing had gone ahead. We sincerely wish you the best of luck in your property search and if you do want to view other property with us then that is fine with us also. Good luck.

Little anxious at times but on the whole our decision to choose Eden with their knowledge and sales experience in our area was absolutely the right one. GoogleWe used Eden to sell our property. They very quickly came out and did a valuation and took photos, they managed to sell our property in 2 weeks which was fantastic. They put us in touch with solicitors and a mortgage advisor to discuss our new mortgage, both of whom we ended up using and again, very good. Maddie helped with our completion and was great throughout, very professional and kept us in the loop at all times! Brilliant service throughout and highly recommend. Thanks Eden Estates!
