Honestly, we have been nothing but impressed with Jeff and his team. We took a chance with Eden being a new estate agent in the area, but we’ve had a fantastic service from start to finish. As with any estate agent, what matters most is communication and straight talking, and alongside receiving weekly updates, Jeff was on hand to push us through the final stages, liaising between solicitors to make sure we hit our deadline during these challenging covid times. Eden will be our first port of call the next time we decide to sell.

I was very impressed with the service from Jeff, Kieran and the team at Eden’s. The only let down was the use of ASAP to progress the sale, who they thankfully stopped using mid way through, and this fixed the issue. Eden estates have been amazing from start to finish! My partner and I were unsure whether to make the jump of moving into our second home but Eden reassured us and have been there for us throughout the whole process. Nothing is too much like hard work for them, they are so willing to help, so friendly and supportive. Angie was amazing with organising viewings and keeping in contact throughout the whole process. A special mention for Caroline, she has been phenomenal throughout our moving process. She is so helpful and friendly and without her the process would’ve been a lot more stressful! Having tried to sell our property via 3 other, larger, established Estate Agents, the whole experience of dealing with the team at Eden Estates, Jon, Jeff, Bliss and Maddie was a breath of fresh air. What journey it has been with Eden Estates. From their first visit in 2020 where they valued our previous home to last week where our journey ended and we moved into our new home, Eden have been fantastic from start to finish. Very patient and never pushy. Even when we decided to come off the market after our previous home sold for the first time, they understood our reasons at the time and never had a negative attitude towards us. They were more than happy to wait until we were 100% ready. When we decided to go for it again around march 2022, they were as efficient as the first time and sold our house above the asking price, their sales agents are fantastic. Because of the long chain, the conveyance process was lengthy, and very stressful at times especially near the end but a special mention to Maddie Berry (Move Manager) who was excellent. Maddie always stayed patient and professional until the very final moment, we’re very grateful for her help. Always kept us updated throughout the process. Thank you Eden you were brilliant. Would highly recommend. A few days now after we have moved into our new home, the dust has settle and we love our new home ❤️
