We bought our first property through Eden’s Estates and couldn’t be happier. After being outbid on a few places, Eden’s went the extra mile to make sure we were the first to view a property they had in mind for us, a company that genuinely cares. The house was perfect, and thank God everything went through smoothly. We completed two weeks ago now, and the support and communication from the team has been excellent throughout. They even removed the sold sign swiftly, and everything was done by the book from start to finish. Highly recommended. Lovely people x

We are just about to complete on a purchase through Eden estates, it’s been a crazy ride to get here but we made it! Jeff assisted us originally with the initial Offers and was very diligent and helpful when Negotiating on the house price. Lisa is just exceptional in what she does! She cares for her clients , responds after hours (which never was expected) is on a phone anytime to assist with queries and kept us in the loop all the way through the process! Her manners are of a very high standards, and she genuinely is a lovely lady who takes great pride in the work she does. Wish there was more people like the team at Eden in the estates world as sadly over the times we have come across some rather strange people who did not care one bit for their clients! I can't praise Eden highly enough regarding my recent sale. I have been unlucky enough to have appointed really poor solicitors who didn't respond to my calls and enquiries and at times I felt abandoned but Lisa at Eden was my saving grace. She deals with the sales progression (after sales) and she has been invaluable. Lisa has a passion for her work and she regularly goes over and above to resolve an issue. She was even emailing me whilst on holiday. Quite frankly Lisa kept me sane! On reflection, the easy part is selling your home and the hard part is ensuring it goes through in a timely manner and Lisa's dogged determination made it happen for me. If you are in two minds about which estate agent to choose, pick Eden - you wont be disappointed.

We have just bought our first home through Eden estates. We had the pleasure of having Lisa as our sales progressor and couldn’t be happier with the experience she offered us. The liaison role is a crucial one we feel in the property buying process and Lisa was a tremendous help to us throughout the journey. Lisa was always very responsive (even out of hours and on holiday!) and genuinely went above and beyond for us to push the sale through, especially when rubbish solicitors were dragging things on. This is the second time that I have the pleasure of dealing with Eden Estates, and again they have not disappointed me on any element of the sales process. From the first interaction to the very last, Jon and his team at Eden could not have been more helpful. The communication skills of the Eden team were exemplary, with extra special thanks going to Maddie. She delivered on all her promises regarding keeping me up to date, even if it was a phone call to tell me that she had no news for me. Before using Eden, I had contacted a number of local estate agents, all of whom appear to be 'recommended'. Where Eden succeed is where the others fail - The team at Eden sounded as though they were actually interested in doing the very best job for you, rather than doing just a job! Now and with experience in selling two homes in the last 2 years, I would not consider using anyone else other than them. Moving home is one of the 3 most stressful things that you will ever do in your life. If you can find someone or something to alleviate just some of that stress, then that has to be a good thing. Lisa was an absolute star throughout the process of buying our new property. Without her, we would have been completely lost and, at times, unsure if we’d even be able to complete. She handled every single challenge with such calmness, efficiency, and professionalism that we always felt reassured, no matter what came up. We sold our flat with Eden Estates and it was the best thing we did. It was on the market with another estate agent for 6 months with barely any viewings and as soon as we put it up with Eden it sold in 3 months. After the sale, we worked with Lisa Quantrell who worked tirelessly (sometimes even outside of the sales hours) to chase solicitors and have difficult conversations with them when they weren’t doing their jobs. Without her, our flat wouldn’t have sold let alone gone all the way through to exchange. Despite the difficulties with solicitor communication, Lisa was the glue that held it together and kept it all going always with a positive attitude. She had us and our buyers’ best interests at heart throughout the whole sale. She is a star and we are so thankful for her. Would definitely recommend Eden to anyone selling or buying a property. We went with Eden Estates because we were impressed with their knowledge, attitude towards us and GENUINE want, to help us to achieve a good sale on our home. Eden Estates made sure we had a constant stream of people viewing our property and gave us feed back whenever we asked. They were always available for questions when we needed to ask any, but most of all they knew who we were when we phoned them up. We weren't just a number, we were people to them. Once we had accepted an offer on our house they didn't give up and assume their job was done, they actively kept on top of all goings on with solicitors and kept us in the loop throughout. They maintained a twice weekly contact with us to alert us to any problems as soon as they arose and acted as a go between to speed up proceedings when it became necessary. I have never known an Estate Agent to work so hard for a fee as these guys did. In our past moves I have almost begrudged the fee I have had to pay the estate agent as it seemed they didn't do alot but I can honestly say I was more than happy to hand over the fee to Eden as they earned and deserved every penny. I am hoping Eden now open up a branch in Maldon, Essex incase I ever want to move again.
