Eden Estates have been exceptional from start to finish. We bought through Eden Estates, selling through a different agent. Maddie, Angie and the whole team are tenacious, consistent and genuinely care about everyone in the chain getting to a good conclusion. They are open and honest and they manage expectations well. Maddie in particular is absolutely fantastic; organised, efficient and not afraid to chase people relentlessly until she resolves a problem, whilst still being friendly and approachable. She became our most trusted source of info (over and above our own estate agents!) and she often knew what was happening in the chain hours if not days before anyone else! Eden Estates have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Billy and Angie handled the viewings. They both gave great support, communicated well and felt like a real friendly service. Once our house had sold it was passed over to Maddie who has been brilliant. Maddie has responded to emails quickly and always picks up the phone or returns the call. Always polite and upbeat.
