JDG had clear processes in place for initial contact & excellent valuation & marketing, through to viewings, and support with offer acceptance and finally secure and friendly management of sale of house. Excellent communication and support throughout the process for myself as seller and liaising between buyer & solicitors when required. Updated information & communication always available online via Street App as well via phone. Felt in very safe hands from beginning to end. Thanks to all at JDG!

GoogleWe're so glad we picked JDG to sell our home. The quality of the marketing (photos, brochure, listing) is well above any of the other agents in the area and we achieved multiple offers at asking price or above within a less than a week of our house being on the market. The entire team were brilliant but Louisa deserves a special mention, she answered my many e-mails promptly and was great at getting info from the solicitors when we were struggling to get a response. She really put my mind at ease throughout the process. It is also worth mentioning that the team took COVID safety extremely seriously, from PPE to ensuring that only serious buyers in a position to make an offer would be allowed to come into our home for a viewing. During crazy Covid times too. They sold it for more than I even thought it was worth, more than the other agents who valued it said it was worth. GoogleA swift sale, and then personal care throughout the legal process. Louisa kept in touch throughout, and assisted with pushing the transaction forward whenever necessary. We have moved 9 times and this was by far the best sale/purchase we have had. 10/10!!

GoogleThere have been some hiccups. One with a view where the JDG professional was not very well informed and didn't answer our posterior emails, and another with an excessive pressure for us to find a solicitor (we literally got a "pressure" call having had just 2 hours to find a solicitor). But, we should highlight the professionalism of Louisa and Fiona who were amazing! We are tempted to give a 5 just because of them, but I need to evaluate the entire team performance, which overall was very good, but would need some fine tuning to avoid the issues described above.
