From the initial visit by Michelle who spent considerable time looking over the property and then going through various aspects of the marketing strategy and the state of the property market at the time and then through the various viewings leading up to an offer I have felt informed and involved throughout. Once we were in the period of pre-contract enquiries JDG liaised regularly with me and kept me up to date with progress and any queries which arose. Similarly when we were in the run up to exchange of contracts and completion I was regularly updated and reassured as to progress and always felt supported and involved in the process while being given unpressured and sound advice. In all my involvement with JDG they were extremely professional and efficient but also friendly and approachable. Additionally reassuring is the positive relationship they have with the solicitors I used and this was a most effective partnership in achieving a successful sale. I was drawn to using them by becoming aware of their achievement as Best UK Estate Agent of the Year which they have recently won again for the second consecutive year. Fraudsters. This is the worst agency I have ever encountered in my life. The staff were racist and tried cheating me out of my deposit. They made me move into a house with no hot water and took a month to fix it. When I reported a heater not working, they evicted me. I had innumerable issues with them. I hope they are shut down.

GoogleJDG Estate Agents handled the sale of a family member’s property linked to Probate. The service they gave was first class, always friendly, prompt chasing things up - ringing us with updates rather than us having to ring them. They always answered the phone promptly and EVERYONE I spoke to was friendly and professional.
They gave great advice on the value of the property which enabled the family to receive the highest possible price. Their fees were comparable with other agents in some cases lower.
Special thanks to LOUISA JONES our sales handler who couldn’t have done more to help, keep the sale process going smoothly and update us - despite the uncertainty of the Probate process.
I do not hesitate to recommend JDG and would certainly use them again in the future - I can see why they have won a top award THANK YOU.
