GoogleI bought my first house through JDG and they made a very stressful experience so much better. Both of the people I worked with directly - the estate agent and the sales progressor - were helpful, friendly, and very competent. If I ever sell this house, I will definitely try to go with JDG.

GoogleI have used JDG to both rent out a house and sell one. Staff have always been friendly and approachable with an attitude that nothing is too much trouble. I have had good advice when needed, they have provided experienced and competent plumbers, painters and cleaners to help me when I need to get the house ready for sale and they helped me with setting the right price to help sell my property. They would definitely be my "go to" estate agents and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWhen we decided to sell our house and Michelle arrived to look around and go through all the facts and figures she had prepared we knew JDG were the ones to sell our house. Everyone has been fantastic and really organised all the way through. With Louisa giving the solicitors a gentle nudge and providing us with updates on progress this made everything run smooth. I could not recommend them more.

GoogleAs a tenant renting a lovely property through JDG I cannot recommend JDG highly enough. The lettings team are friendly and helpful. Communication is excellent, for example when it is time for my property inspections I am notified by different methods to ensure I receive the information and on the one occasion I needed to report an issue, an electrician was dispatched the same day solving the problem immediately and I was kept up to date from the moment I logged the fault. Thank you JDG.

GoogleJDG are an absolutely stunning estate agency with a tremendous online presence. Their houses are always priced at the premium end of the market and they each know their favourite rooms - Michelle, for example, loves the kitchen - what she doesn’t know about baking isn’t worthwhile. I’ll definitely use JDG to sell my house shortly - it contains its very own curling rink and I just know JDG will price this well. Keep up the great work, guys and continue with the YouTube videos - all done in one take to boots (but not with Boots, who is adorable!)
Thanks for the review Rhona - Boots certainly is the star of our office and I personally would love for her to have her own You Chew Channel. She already has an I bone - we are just waiting for Hollywoof to call! Kitchens are most certainly one of the most important parts of a home, however sadly Michelle's baking skills are somewhat lacking. As you know though - she does like to try and one day, practise will make perfect. It's a bit like training in any sport! As for property pricing - our aim is always to get the best price for our clients. We have been very fortunate over the years that over 1in 5 property sales across Lancaster have indeed been with JDG which in itself speaks volumes! Anyway, Michelle would love to see your curling rink - can you imagine the video fun she could have! Happy Curling. Ps. Did you ever get your gold medal back?

GoogleGreat experience in helping me sell my house. From the time we appointed JDG to the time we had a buyer and the house was sold was so good and the weekly updates was spot on, and the last few weeks before the sell was complete and on the day of completion they were hands on at the end of a phone ensuring it all went to plan. I would not hesitate in recommending JDG Estate Agents if you are selling in Lancaster or Morecambe areas, or you are looking to buy into the area.

GoogleFrom start to finish, our interactions with JDG have been exemplary. I cannot fault the service we received when selling our house. Nothing was too much trouble, we were kept fully informed throughout the whole process and the after sales service was great. I always felt that the brochures, photos, information and RightMove layouts by JDG were superior to their competitors and this was borne out by the speed of our sale for very near the asking price. We couldn’t have asked for more.

GoogleJulie and I went to Morecambe mid September to look at some park homes. We saw one being sold by JDG, phoned the office, and the next morning met Fiona, who showed us around, and was very cheerful and informative. That afternoon we made an offer. Ten minutes later, we received a call from Cassie (Caroline) telling us it had been accepted, and immediately the ball was rolling. Cassie dealt with us in the process of purchasing the property, always enthusiastic on the phone and very efficient.
