GoogleI had my house on the market for 3-4 month with esell i had 1-3 viewings over this period. I decided to pay a bit extra and go with JDG. John was very professional and obviously new his stuff. I had a wave of viewings immediately and the house was sold within 7 days. I was selling from overseas. Their constant communication and follow up with all parties made the process stress free. I could not recommend them any higher. If there was 6 stars ide be clicking that. Thanks JDG team!!!

GoogleJDG is a very experienced agency and I cannot recommend their services enough. Communication is excellent and the team are always willing to go the extra mile. They sold hour home without any problems. However when our purchase (involving a different agent) could not complete they really helped us by finding us a property to rent within 26 hours! Truly grateful to John, Michelle, Louisa and Craig.

GoogleReally poor experience with this agency when trying to purchase property. Lost out on best and finals initially - no problem with this. The successful buyer was unable to get a mortgage though, and the agency failed to make me aware. When I discovered it still on rightmove I enquired again and resubmitted my offer. Then I was told another offer was being negotiated and had just been accepted. When I called to speak to the manager Mr Gallagher who I presume is the owner, to see if there was anything I could do and to discuss my experience he was rude and dismissive. He also said he would make a judgment about whether or not to put my offer forwards based on me getting my point across to his satisfaction. Considering there is a legal obligation to present all offers this is more than a little concerning to buyers and sellers alike. Avoid.

GoogleTeam JDG are amazing! This business is completely in-tune with the Lancaster property market and buyers and sellers requirements. They previously helped sell other properties in our street, so we knew they also had a proven track record locally in connection with our type of house. So much so that when we participated in a COVID-safe initial consultation and virtual valuation tour with Michelle, it quickly became apparent that there were buyers waiting. One viewing, pre-release onto the market, brought an immediate and acceptable offer which progressed through to successful completion. We couldn’t ask for any more than that, but JDG were also able to assist in a professional, courteous and efficient way when important information needed to be conveyed or sought during the transaction.
