They got plenty of interested parties through the door and actively promoted our house to the right audience. The after sale care was brilliant up to exchange of contracts and the final move. Top organisation that I would recommend to anybody.

GoogleFrom the start JDG were professional, supportive and positive. Michelle valued the house online and she had done a considerable amount of research and fact finding. She definitely knows her stuff and was genuinely interested in my property. They're worth every fraction of a percent they charge over other estate agents's rates. The photography and videoing was done quickly to get it on the market as soon as possible and I was really pleased with the results. Throughout, from start to completion, the communication and advice was superb - weekly updates, informed of every viewing and prompt feedback afterwards, help and guidance when dealing with offers, liaising with my solicitor. The whole process was seamless. Thank you.

GoogleJDG lettings offer a friendly and very efficient service. Landlords are kept up to date with any changes in regulations by video calls and the marketing of property uses the latest technology. The team is well led and very responsive to problems or queries.

GoogleFrom start to finish, our interactions with JDG have been exemplary. I cannot fault the service we received when selling our house. Nothing was too much trouble, we were kept fully informed throughout the whole process and the after sales service was great. I always felt that the brochures, photos, information and RightMove layouts by JDG were superior to their competitors and this was borne out by the speed of our sale for very near the asking price. We couldn’t have asked for more.

GoogleI really couldn't find any fault with the service provided, from start to finish the communication was brilliant, they kept us up to date on all progress and issues and ultimately did what we wanted which was to sell our house. From creating the listing to feedback from viewings, everything was as or better than expected. I would use them again for sure and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

Please follow them on social media as well, some great tips on how to present your home along with market updates.

GoogleThe service JDG provided when I sold my first home was outstanding and I know their passion and enthusiasm for my home helped me secure an above asking price offer. From the helpful pre-sale hints and tips (Michelle), expertly conducted viewings (Fiona) and help with my wide ranging pre-move queries (Louisa and Cassie). They are all so friendly, hard working and passionate. After meeting many other agents while viewing houses, some did not seem as interested or knowledgeable about the properties on sale, so I was very pleased and relieved I chose JDG to sell mine.

From the first day I met Michelle Gallagher I knew she was the right person to sell my property. Further on into the sale, I must give credit to the amazing Sales Progression Advisor, Louisa Jones, who always kept me up to date with progress and always replied to any questions promptly, and for whom nothing was too much trouble! Well done to all the team .. I only had brief contact with others but they always seemed professional and polite. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

GoogleMy prior experience of estate agents has largely been negative, but my experience of JDG was overwhelmingly positive, from start to finish. In showing the house we purchased, they added value, sharing local knowledge and demonstrating an understanding of the house that helped inform our decision. Special praise must go to Louisa, the sales progressor. She worked tirelessly to help get the sale over the line, often in challenging circumstances. Her communication and dedication were exceptional. Should we ever buy or sell a property again, JDG will be first on our list.

GoogleJDG did a great job of selling my house. They were very professional, friendly, supportive and efficient. I had confidence in them from start to finish. Communication was excellent. They kept me informed at every step of the way and responded quickly to any queries I raised. Even when my vendor pulled out close to exchange, they kept everything rolling whilst I looked for another property and finally completed on that. I thoroughly recommend them.
