GoogleEveryone at JDG that we met were exceptionally helpful in the purchase of our property. We were supported throughout the whole process, shown relevant properties and when we found the right property the sale was quickly carried out with JDG supporting ourselves and the solicitors throughout the process. GoogleBy far the best estate agency in Lancaster - incredibly efficient, miles ahead of the competition in terms of use of technology, video, innovative marketing strategies. Not surprising they sell more properties than any of the other agents. If you want to actually sell your house, don't choose anyone other than these guys!

Hello Virginiya. I understand you are upset but when we have numerous offers on a property we have to ask for best and final offers. We had lots of viewings on the house you were interested in and our policy is not to let everybody know what everyone else has offered. We always ask for best and final offers (Each party was asked for this ) and we have to look at each person offer and also financial situation - eg cash, deposit size etc... If we get another similar property for sale we will let all parties who missed out know. Ps. We will still ask for proof of funds so we still recommend that you have your proof ready.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
