Julie and I went to Morecambe mid September to look at some park homes. We saw one being sold by JDG, phoned the office, and the next morning met Fiona, who showed us around, and was very cheerful and informative. That afternoon we made an offer. Ten minutes later, we received a call from Cassie (Caroline) telling us it had been accepted, and immediately the ball was rolling. Cassie dealt with us in the process of purchasing the property, always enthusiastic on the phone and very efficient.

I would highly recommend JDG as an estate agent. We have recently moved home and they made the process so smooth despite us having some problems along the way. JDG have done a great job in selling our property. From the initial visit by Michelle who spent considerable time looking over the property and then going through various aspects of the marketing strategy and the state of the property market at the time and then through the various viewings leading up to an offer I have felt informed and involved throughout. Once we were in the period of pre-contract enquiries JDG liaised regularly with me and kept me up to date with progress and any queries which arose. Similarly when we were in the run up to exchange of contracts and completion I was regularly updated and reassured as to progress and always felt supported and involved in the process while being given unpressured and sound advice. In all my involvement with JDG they were extremely professional and efficient but also friendly and approachable. Additionally reassuring is the positive relationship they have with the solicitors I used and this was a most effective partnership in achieving a successful sale. I was drawn to using them by becoming aware of their achievement as Best UK Estate Agent of the Year which they have recently won again for the second consecutive year. Fraudsters. This is the worst agency I have ever encountered in my life. The staff were racist and tried cheating me out of my deposit. They made me move into a house with no hot water and took a month to fix it. When I reported a heater not working, they evicted me. I had innumerable issues with them. I hope they are shut down.
