Hello Virginiya. I understand you are upset but when we have numerous offers on a property we have to ask for best and final offers. We had lots of viewings on the house you were interested in and our policy is not to let everybody know what everyone else has offered. We always ask for best and final offers (Each party was asked for this ) and we have to look at each person offer and also financial situation - eg cash, deposit size etc... If we get another similar property for sale we will let all parties who missed out know.
Ps. We will still ask for proof of funds so we still recommend that you have your proof ready.

Hi Caitlin. I just wanted to reply to aplogise. John and I are both aware of the issues and have already set new processes in place to ensure this does not happen again. Our rental department has been short staffed (I know this not an excuse) and they have had lots of added pressures including a higher than normal level of calls, delays from lockdown and a shortage of contractors.
