We moved to JDG after having our house on the market with another agent. Michelle was very approachable and easy to talk to from the very beginning. She was understanding of our circumstances and tried her very best to make sure she could get it on the market asap after already loosing time with previous agents. Following the agreed sale, we met Louisa who was with us the rest of the process. Louisa was great!! Like Michelle, she was so easy to talk to and nothing ever seemed to much. I felt at ease with any questions I had for her regarding to sale and nothing was every to silly!! I didn’t feel like ‘just another customer’ when talking with Louisa, she always took the time to talk to us and showed a genuine interest to my family. Would highly recommend (as already have done to family). Thanks for everything. 5 stars from us!!!!

Appalling services as a letting agent. Reported Damp repeatedly to their office to which they made very minimal efforts to resolve and only approved the very minimal works to force contractors to botch job the repairs and hide the damp as apposed to actually fixing the problem. I had to repeatedly chase them up to send people to look at the property, and when the damp was first reported they attempted to tell me they knew the cause/extent of the issues without someone even entering the property despite the damp only getting worse. Thankfully I wished to be home when a contractor eventually attended and he told me the true cause of the damp and put requests in to fix this properly however he was not approved the work. I was reporting the damp issues for over a year before I finally found a newer property to move to and handed in my notice, then suddenly they rushed out a damp surveyor to check the property,. And sadly after this terrible service and the state jd Gallagher was willing to leave my home in, they have still attempted to not give me my full deposit back. I am extremely disappointed in JDG. After being a loyal tenant for years I would not recommend them to anyone.

LDG estate agents, Lancaster, in my opinion, deserves a glowing review. Their efficiency and professionalism have been truly impressive. Unlike the previous local agents who struggled for two and a half years with only 8 viewings in that time period. LDG estate agents managed to find a buyer within just 5 days of listing the property. It looks very likely indeed that this sale will go through, however, I would be writing this review regardless. Their communication, from literally the moment we walked in the door, to today 5 days after being on the market, has been above and beyond - and not in the pushy “oversell” kind of a way. Very clear, well informed and researched conversations. Night and Day compared to the other agents. I have dealt with many agents over the years in the capacity of selling and buying and being a landlord to even renting at times - LDG come out top of my list. As a customer the thing I appreciate most about my interaction with them is their level of transparency and honesty. This is something sadly lacking in the industry. The level of success that they can clearly market themselves on speaks to their expertise in the field of estate agents. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area. I wanted to give a shout out to each individual we have had contact with but on reflection a shout out to the whole team from Michelle Gallagher down- you all do an amazing job and what has been a very emotional rollercoaster,for me selling the property in question, you have all without exception made this experience a positive one.
