GoogleAs an established landlord, I naturally look for a managing agent which is professional, economic, knows the market well and has good communication skills. One who looks after myself and gives good service to my tenant. I found Entwistle Green has just the attributes which I look for and have no reservation in recommending their services to other landlords. Their handling of the tenancy was organised in an exemplary way by both members of staff - Rosie and Cody.

TrustpilotUSELESS - buyers/sellers/renters AVOID
We were in the process of looking at buying at house at the start of this year. We found a house listed with this sorry excuse of an estate agent, and they booked us in for a viewing at 12.15pm. We got to the viewing and within 5 minutes there were at least 50 other people waiting outside to view this house. Everyone that had booked a viewing had obviously brought one of two people with them (a lot of first time buyer couples and their parent/s) so it was absolutely heaving.

I highly do not recommend using Entwistle Green. I dealt with Julie Winkler at the Bury branch. Extremely unhelpful and rude. She made it impossible to book a viewing for a house I was interested in buying. I since contacted the seller directly, to be told that the seller had been lied to on numerous ocassions and Julie was pushing for an inside job to sell the property to a property developer. Very unprofessional.

Rat infestation but they don’t think that’s urgent enough to ring landlady. The lady dealing with it isn’t in work but somehow they can’t tell me anything because she’s not in! What sort of a process is that when colleagues can’t check on what’s happening with maintenance issues. When I asked why they can’t ring rather than email landlady they hung up on me hope they don’t chew through electrics as if I was paying for property management for my home I wouldn’t be very happy.

Went to view a property and spoke to the landlord of the house and Joe from Entwistle I advised the landlord I didn’t have the best credit and he advised me that shouldn’t be a problem Joe was very insistent that I pay the £161 fee for the search he was trying to get me to do it while I was looking at the house (very pressurising) he also rang the office (he must have a different number to most people as the girl picked up straight away) and the girl said well done (sounds commission based to me to get people to pay and they honestly have no intention of giving you the property ) I have since been trying to get the maghul office and no one picks up to discuss why no one had let me know the outcome I had to get through to them via zoopla and the poor guy had to advise me I have also asked for a follow up phone call but I’m still waiting **** very poor service ***** Be aware they take your money and normally have someone in mind for property or it’s already gone and yet they will still charge you ***** I wouldn’t normally write a review but I feel people need to be aware

GoogleI want to leave this review, because it’s the truth. This company has been nothing but helpful supportive and when they say they’re doing something they do it. One of the ladies codie Above and beyond, to make sure I got in my property on time as this would’ve costed me a lot of money in hotels The houses they show me around, they was honest and truthful to what would be good for me I cannot fault this company and they cannot help me enough

After some mix ups with the referencing Claire Phelps the Branch Manager at Entwistle Green personally contacted me to assist with a resolution. She kept in contact with me for 2 days ensuring me that she was working on fixing the mistakes that had been made that were not even her fault. We came to a solution today and I cannot thank her enough for helping us through this stressful time, I would highly recommend Entwistle Green purely because of Claire. Also a special mention to Mandy who has been our point of contact throughout our tenancy and has always been prompt and helpful with any issues we have had.Thanks again to Claire and Mandy!
