GoogleWe have recently become tennants of a property managed my Bridgfords and the service has been second to none. All staff are polite and friendly. Any queries we have had have been replied to quickly and any reports we've made for things being fixed have been recorder, replied to and fixed promptly. Bridgfords are highly recommended by us. The best lettings agency we've used.

Google1 STAR IS TO MANY **STAY AWAY FROM THIS LETTING AGENCY** They are unprofessional, rude, incompetent...the list is endless. They NEVER ring you back when promised, they are rude and abrupt on the phone and the maintenance side of things is the worse set up Ive ever come across. Please, save yourself a lot of hassle and upset and take your business else where.

GoogleThe sales team seem fine but the lettings department do not answer the phone or emails. I've had a tenant lingering with months of outstanding rent and any action like notices, I've had to send myself. They take no action. They might take some commission when money comes in but they do no work and provide no agency. Absolutely indescribably awful.
