Don,t go near this company. They never return phone calls, letters or emails. They transfer management of the property to a company in Nottingham called Countrywide who are even worse. Their response to requests for maintenance is extremely poor, shortest time was 3 weeks and this year storm damage which occurred in February was not even inspected until early June in spite of numerous requests to do so. They wanted £250.00 to renew a tenancy agreement which involved no more than changing the rent amount and the termination date. They accepted that the new agreement would be 99% the same as the old one but refused to reduce the fee to a reasonable level

Never, ever, use this company for letting your property. The ineptitude of this company is staggering. It was my first time in letting my property out, and the agents at Bridgefords give out incorrect information. Although I was paying them to look after my interests, the tennant was the one they pandered to. The agents only told my the tennant had stopped paying rent when I called them to see why the money had not gone into my bank. When I finally got her out of my property (no thanks to Bridgefords) she had trashed the property, and when I asked Bridgefords for the deposit paid, it took them 5 months to comply.

I've been trying to get hold of a house to rent this was my third attempt in finding a property ...the whole process of booking in to view a property and then speaking to someone really needs to change .....I feel as though the first come first served idea just vague and to the point that we don't get an update to know when or if a property has gone ........ The staff speak so fast that it's like you are getting fobbed off not happy with the service
