GoogleI have now settled into my new home thanks to all the hard work by Colin, Beverley, Nicola & Melanie throughout the whole process (apologies if there are any others in the team not mentioned). From the initial visit by Colin to discuss pricing and marketing the property I knew we were in safe hands. The team kept me updated throughout and were speedy in replying to any queries I had, particularly leading up to the day of contract exchanging. Nice to put a couple of faces to names when I dropped off the keys on completion day. I would recommend Bridgfords Burnley wholeheartedly and will certainly consider them should I choose to move in the future.

GoogleI want to say thanks to the team and more specifically Samantha and Daniel! With the ease of meeting at the property I had nerves as my tenancy was coming to an end and I didn't know where I was going to go! Daniel helped start me off and Samantha carried on the process with referencing and getting everything signed. Even offering to send me quotes for insurance and sending me over help with my utilities, broadband and getting water sorted along with council tax! All things if you’re forgetful are a blessing to have done for you! Thanks again team for helping me get my first home!❤️

We started our first home journey with Melanie and from that very first telephone conversation you could tell Melanie had an approachable friendly nature providing an excellent customer service. Melanie passed us over to Beverly who worked with us tirelessly to get us to where we are right now. Beverly has always been informative with every conversation we have had, she has been patient when dealing with emails from myself and persistent with the solicitors. I honestly couldn't thank both these ladies enough for getting us into our first home. I would highly recommend using Bridgfords Sales and Lettings Agents in Burnley they have been nothing but professional and thorough. I would definitely use them again and would like to thank everybody at Bridgfords for the customer service they have provided making their customers feel at home already.

Made an instant impact with several viewings in the first few days, with some coming back for second viewings and accepted an offer over the asking price not long after.
