As a landlord having a bad experience with previous management and tenant we were looking for a professional service but also friendly and understanding management. We found this with Bridgfords Burnley. Yazmin made us feel completely at ease and was helpful and honest. As I don't live in the north and as a result can't just pop in when there are issues, Yazmin has gone out of her way to help even on weekends. Now that I have a Tennant in my property and I don't have to worry about anything I don't give it a second thought. I would recommend Bridgfords Burnley to any landlord, they are amazing. And it's a massive change to what we had with previous management company.

After years of putting up with a sub standard house and complaining to the council i was then given notice to leave. Kirsty made blatant lies and told the council i wouldn't let contractors in to do the work (totally untrue) and then sends passive aggressive emails with threats to use my emails to make complaint against the council. I have never in all my life come across such a shoddy set up and totally unprofessional!! Do yourself a favour and stay away. Kirsty needs a customer care course ASAP...what a joke !

I am a property investor and recently purchased a house via Bridgfords, Burnley. My main contact person in the office was Beverly. She is professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. It was a tricky transaction (far from a standard one you expect) but Beverly went above and beyond an agent's responsibility to ensure the the deal happened and both parties are kept happy and informed. I will certainly work with Bridgfords in near future again.

As a landlady of 23 years i have always brought and sold my properties with bridgfords in burnley , they have also been able to get me good tenants . Tenants that have stayed 10 years , 5 years etc ,what has made this an easy and enjoyable task is someone called BOBBIE VAJA . She is the most nicest person that we have come across nothing is too much trouble , when i am not sure of things she goes out of her way , she looks into things when i might need a little guidance these qualities are rare to find .How i wish my husband and i had a daughter like her WE LOVE HER.
