GoogleWe've just used Bridgfords to sell my mum's house. They were brilliant every step along the way, from the initial valuation right up to completion. GoogleAre not professional on their job. Called me and asked me to match an offer (because who offer was in the chain), I matched two days later after I have contacted solicitor and requested a mortgage they came back someone has offered something higher. I do respect someone who wants to buy and offer more, which I don’t respect are people which play double games.

GoogleWe would highly recommend this company. We put our house for sale with Bridgfords during a turbulent market. They never gave up hope and kept pushing for viewings, which we got many. GoogleWe like many people got a few estate agents up, you stuck out by far not because of the price but for how you made us feel not demanding or rushing at all it all ran smoothly and was on the market for a week before it was sold. GoogleUsed Bridgefords initially as my agent for letting out a property and then also to sell the property 4 years later. Good level of service from both sides of the business. Their biggest strength is they keep you updated on the process by text, email and phone call. A pleasure to deal with.

GoogleDon,t go near this company. They never return phone calls, letters or emails. They transfer management of the property to a company in Nottingham called Countrywide who are even worse. Their response to requests for maintenance is extremely poor, shortest time was 3 weeks and this year storm damage which occurred in February was not even inspected until early June in spite of numerous requests to do so. They wanted £250.00 to renew a tenancy agreement which involved no more than changing the rent amount and the termination date. They accepted that the new agreement would be 99% the same as the old one but refused to reduce the fee to a reasonable level

Never, ever, use this company for letting your property. The ineptitude of this company is staggering. It was my first time in letting my property out, and the agents at Bridgefords give out incorrect information. Although I was paying them to look after my interests, the tennant was the one they pandered to. The agents only told my the tennant had stopped paying rent when I called them to see why the money had not gone into my bank. When I finally got her out of my property (no thanks to Bridgefords) she had trashed the property, and when I asked Bridgefords for the deposit paid, it took them 5 months to comply.

GoogleBridgefords Burnley have been exceptional for the sale of my property from valuation to completion. They have been thorough and as they say 'On the ball' throughout. Nicola and Beverly especially made the experience of the whole sales process completely stress free. My property was sold within a week of the for sale board being put up. Once again thanking the Team at Burnley.
